A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!

I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. I suggest adding an electronic mosquito killer. This is a very old-fashioned hotel, comparable to the Portman Hotel in Shanghai. The room was nice and well kept, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. Right around the corner there was a metro station, so it was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go while exploring Milan.

I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations after traveling from the US for 36 hours we couldn’t wait to get to our room since we were traveling with our 2 year old. The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Hotel is dated. The air conditioning was making a loud noise. This was addressed however the noise was still there after albeit less loud. The lights flicker every once in awhile. The rooms were clean though and the receptionist was very friendly.
