The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized. Everything was well prepared and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is excellent. Service is friendly. The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.

The room was spacious with two bathrooms, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. My only minor complaint was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Beyond the good location, there isn't much to write home about, good or bad. Although it's a four-star hotel, it felt pretty average for its category, and surprisingly, lacked a sauna. The front desk staff seemed rather inexperienced. I doubt I'll be returning.

I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.

I had a problem with the bathroom sink — water was stagnating. The technician came and not only left the bathroom in a state, but also created a leak — water was running. We booked a room with balcony and 2 queen size beds but there was no balcony and 1 bed is just a sofa bed. The hotel just said “I’m sorry” without any explanation. We came back very late and I think they knew we would change room so gave us something not good. The hotel is not trustworthy. Not recommended to book.

Clean and tidy hotel with a modern feel. Affordable and with good transport links to the city. Reception staff speak English very well and communication is easy.

The Hotel is nice, clean with a loaded breakfast. Not far from the metro station (10 min walk The room was small with no proper wordrobe to hang clothes. The shower drain was slow running, reported 2 times, and no one came to rectify the issue.

All in all, my stay was okay. However, the hotel shows its age and could use some renovations. The service left much to be desired—I ordered two coffees that never arrived, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location isn’t ideal if you're hoping to be in the heart of Milan.

Lovely Art Deco hotel a short walk from the central station. Staff very helpful. Sadly bar was shut during our stay, staff said it was closed at weekends which seemed a bit bizarre. Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations. Can recommend also...

The soundproofing could be better, as conversations and footsteps in the corridor are easily heard." Room is a bit old and can be improved.
