Great location within walking distance of the city centre & central station. Tram 1 stops outside which takes you to the centre & Duomo. Friendly staffed, was able to store luggage until we left for the airport

Good breakfast with different options. We had an evening meal on the first night at the restaurant which was yum. Good clean tidy rooms, only negative was there is no coffee facilities in the rooms

You know what you get with Ibis. This building had a big spacious lobby, with a bar where you could get something to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and check-in fast

The room was standard size, we did not need too much space especially for one night. I initially dis not book the room with breakfast we got it after for 13 euros /person

It was rich, from standard english breakfast, to vegetables, pancakes, Italian pastry. The hotel had umbrellas to rent, (2 euros) which was super convenient

We did see some doggy looking fellows during the day in one part, so in the evening we returned with a bit of detour near the park rather than through it

We stayed at Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan, which is located just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo, a truly unbeatable location. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways

The hotel room was clean and the location was great, right next to the Duomo in Milan. However, the valet parking attendant seemed grumpy and there was no staff to help with luggage.

Due to a system issue that caused room overbooking, we were unable to stay at the original hotel. The staff immediately arranged accommodation at another hotel with a slight room upgrade

While there was some delay during the check-in process, the situation was handled well overall and the experience remained pleasant

A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!

I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep

It was my first trip to Milan. The hotel was not far from the central train station and CBD. There was a Michelin restaurant on the first floor. The room was elegantly decorated and the overall experience was good.

The room has no fragrance, just a slight carpet smell, which caused my husband to sneeze when we walked in. At night, a cricket chirped in the air conditioning duct. The hotel apologized, and we knew we couldn't catch it

The facilities are quite dated, but the breakfast is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful! One flaw: the aromatherapy in the lobby is a bit overpowering

This hotel is a short walk away from the city center - 20 minutes to Duomo. Which makes it just quiet enough, just cozy enough and perfect for relaxing and getting rest

When you want something other than sleep, the photo worthy bar and restaurant have great prices for delicious food, and amazing staff- I had the pleasure of meeting Fabio and Giacomo last night and they even helped me grab a quick plate to go just before the kitchen closed

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and we loved the hotel for the friendly staff, location and the room, which was excellent. Comfortable beds and nice amount of space. Nice window that opened for fresh air too.

One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible

Thanks to Fabio, the bartender, I had a wonderful experience at the NH Collection hotel in Milano. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home

The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious

Everything was great! They sent us up a free bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was so sweet. The room service was excellent, the breakfast and bar were both delicious. The room was spacious and clean

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the central railway station which has many restaurants close to it

The hotel is located in the financial district, surrounded by office buildings and plenty of shops. The subway station right outside the entrance is super convenient

We liked the location, service, breakfast but there is a night club next door that is terribly noisy

People were talking, shouting loudly until 4am! Cars honking and revving the engines! It kept me and my family awake all the 5 nights. I will be looking for another hotel next time i visit Milan

The hotel is in a great location that allows you to walk to a lot of attractions. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which was appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was an extra cost and was very good with lots of fresh fruit and pastries

The hotel is centrally located, and amenities are great. The bed was comfortable and the access by metro easy. On a Saturday night the room on the first floor was very noisy until midnight due to a bar in the area.

Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious

Close to a park and to the centre. just two things: Possibly ask clients what they would like to drink for breakfast. I always had to hunt for my coffee. and do refill tea and coffee in the rooms

A pleasant reception area, uninspiring, but comfortable rooms, corteous smiling staff, a quite nice open air bar and restaurant, a tiny gymn for a munimum workout, decent breakfast, and, above all, excellent location

The fragrance from the lobby upon entering the hotel was a little strong and overbearing. The light switches in the room were very confusing and there was no place to put stuff in the toilet for the room they gave me

Internally I could hear the neighbouring room talking late into the night. A bit more soundproofing wouldn't go a miss. The breakfast was plentiful and delightful

A fairly new property with modern facilities and fittings. While there's work being done outside the hotel the hotel in general in a quiet and central area. It's within walking distances too attractions.

The distance from the city Central is also very convenient. There’s trams and you can even walk around. There’s a lot of restaurant and groceries stores

There was no glasses or cups for drinking in the room, they only provided paper cups which became difficult when having a tea. Location is very good, easy to walk to the center, lots of shops around and convenient

Enjoyed breakfast at the 10 floor and evening drink there too. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative is the excessive charge for overnight parking -€55 and a bit to long wait for valet parking

However, I must give special compliments to the team at the Mandarin Oriental Milan, especially to Enrico, the hotel manager, who was extremely courteou, he made a point of personally greeting us, escorting us to our room, and seeing us off when we left

So, only praise and the best recommendations for both Mandarins. The Milan team was truly sensational, and the Como team was also very kind and attention,but the hotel itself there is already a masterpiece
