What a wonderful week we spent in this beautiful hotel. The pool is heated and just perfect for a young family. It is surrounded by restaurants in the area that are all reachable by either bike/ short walk

Stayed 3 nights as part of a birthday trip around northern Italy. Room was ready for us when we arrived around 1430, we stayed in the newer block with a view of the pool and lake

Very good hotel, Nice clean new room with good air conditioning. Fine pool and possibility to swim in the lake

A wonderful location, great service, clean rooms, a great view, easy to walk to other locations, and great breakfast! Would’ve loved to stay longer! One of our favorite stays throughout our trip! The renovations they are doing are an awesome upgrade

Great location, about 20 mins walk to the historical center, we used the free bikes to get there and back. Lovely clean room, huge bathroom and shower. Breakfast included, fresh breads, meats, cheeses, pastries and cakes

The spa is not high end but it serves its purpose (sauna, Turkish steam bath, hot tubs, warm pool, salt room)

On the first night, we couldn't sleep because of the nauseating smell coming from the sewer pipes! When we contacted reception in the morning, they said a room change was not possible and that they would send a technician to inspect it

The pool was beautifully warm and has two jacuzzis as well as sauna, turkish bath etc

Very nice hotel with a super comfortable bed and great services — we even stayed an extra night because it was so special

We enjoyed our stay here, right on the water. The rooms were small but that’s to be expected with this location. The pastries were delightful! We also loved the thermal pool and spa. Next time I’d come off season

Great hotel in a great location. Nice shower in the room and bathroom amenities. I really liked the SPA, which is included in the price. But! At night, they cleaned up the trash under the windows at 5 am

The restaurant is fantastic!! To have breakfast overlooking the lake and then go to an old wooden boat lake cruise, have a thermal water swimming in the hotel pool, or an Aperol sunset on the hotel deck is what I call a perfect day end

The building is absolutely stunning! The decor (mixed of art deco and old money castle) is perfect. The rooms are spacious and details such as fine linen sheets and linen hand towels are just other level

The hotel personnel is highly trained to make you stay at home. Sirmione is a high end village perfect for a romantic stay or to enjoy with the family

The menu is well-curated, and the wine list is sure to delight even the most discerning connoisseurs. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean

The Hotel is located just in the heart of Sirmione, Lake Garda. It is surrounded by the lake due to its exceptional location

After leaving, we ended up shortening our trip to the Dolomites to come back for a couple of days! We felt like we were coming home! From the beautiful hotel, spa, unbelievable thermal pool with awesome massage features, bikes, to great food and friendly service, this place was one of our favorites in Italy (been to Rome, Amalfi, Florence and now Dolomites)

It's location on the lake is amazing and the view from the pool and sunbathing areas out across the waters is second to none. The food is of a high quality and the service was friendly and attentive

It is not the cheapest place in town but i think you receive good value for money. Be sure to make the most of the spa facilities, the pool is brilliant

Every morning we got to experience delicious breakfast with a beautiful view. Everything was just great, but the pool has to be at the top of it all, along with the jacuzzi and many sunbeads overlooking the Garda Lake

This hotel was a dream! We were on my birthday trip so they upgraded our room. beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful pool, beautiful view. excellent service and great food at the restaurant

This place has my heart! We rebooted three times due to Covid and were welcomed with open arms on the fourth. You could not have nicer people help you. The hotel and pool area is immaculate

Italy Adventure Andrea at front reception was excellent. Everyone there was friendly and available to answer all our questions plus give suggestions on where and what to do. Room was very clean and comfortable

Clean bright hotel on the coastline of Garda lake. Nice breakfasts, bike rent, and discounts to the nearby attractions. Very good!

Breakfast wasn’t worth the 10 euros they charged for the pool towels had no kettle or coffee machine in the room and had no iron available.

Got a more modern room for a small extra charge - room was very nice & clean! The pool was large and therefore also suitable for swimming lanes

What a lovely hotel, very clean, room was lovely. The staff are really friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and dinner was very good too. Lovely pool area which is also spotlessly clean and well maintained

rooms are very clean fresh and airy. we had a slight view of the lake when looking left from the balcony. i was taken into hospital while I was there and nothing was too much trouble for them

they called taxis for us and saw that my other half was looked after and needed for nothing. Hotel is just a couple of mile from the centre of Sirmione where you will find the castle, cafes and shops

The hotel is meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. Good food, courtesy, and excellent service. Affordable prices for the quality of the hotel. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms.

plus a fantastic sunset across Lake Garda. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away bus number LN026 goes into Sirmione and also goes the opposite direction to Verona, another beautiful city

Hotel is lovely, little old fashioned but ideal for a proper rest. Food is excelent and plentiful. Half board so pick n mix breakfeast set menu for evening meal usaualy 4 choices and 4 courses, tasty and filling

No frills hotel but perfect location with a pool and private access to the beach. The rooms were clean, the front desk service helpful and accommodating, and lunch and dinner at the hotel were quite good

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and wonderful atmosphere, The pool area was very relaxing and inviting.

Sirmione 2025 Wonderful stay here for 2 weeks. Great lake views,short walk to old town and ferry to tour the lake Pool was well maintained and never too busy

I would suggest paying for parking outside the old town, getting a transporter/golf buggy service to take you and your luggage to and from your hotel at the start/end of your stay, and walking to your car for trips outside Sirmione

Private access to the lake for hotel guests & a short walk to Jamaica Beach & the main town make this hotel the perfect location. A special thanks to all the staff involved in helping me with a surprise for my partner

The rooms are modern, but the washroom was a bit outdated and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and tasty. My favorite was the view of the lake - just stunning

And the hotel thermal pool is wonderful; the outside bathing in winter when you can look at the snow caps on Dolomites was a great experience for us. We were very satisfied and absolutely recommend this hotel

Great location. The parking of the hotel was full so we had to park outside. The hot pool in the cold of February is amazing.

We liked the heated swimming pool and the location is very close by the old city. It’s better to make the reservation directly from the hotel to get free parking.

Fab position - So close to Sirmione old town -the thermal pool was brilliant- The lady on reception was fabulous, so welcoming and professional

Great Hotel in a perfect location. You can jump in the lake and also use a pool and a spa area. Room (single) was small, but newly renovated in 2023 with an elegant style

Andreas was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was very welcoming and was able to answer any queries we had.

Plus: Friendly service, nice pool area, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Nice area, easy to walk to restaurants and get a shuttle into town if you are adverse to walking a couple of km’s

Staying here 2 nights and it was delightful. Easy parking right on property, lots of food options nearby, the old town is about 35 minutes walking or via shuttle bus station is just across from the hotel

5km away, if you walk (not an interesting walk by the way), to the Old Town where the Sirmione castle is. There is a bus that you can take for €2 per trip per person, payable by credit card on the bus

On our stay we had a day trip planned prior to breakfast, in which they went above and beyond and supplied us with breakfast boxes which had more than enough supplies! Not to mention the actual breakfast itself had a good variety

Room was tidy and had all the necessities required and more (shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, coffee, tea etc)! Pool was lovely and even got to dip on the lake outside the back of the hotel which was great

I couldn’t fault the place! It was a perfect stay and if anything, I wish I was there longer. Fantastic customer service and quick to respond to any questions or queries prior to our arrival

They offered hotel transfers for us which made our travels at ease. I loved the scenery by the lake, and my only regret is not having the time to jump in the pool

This is not a boutique hotel it's a friendly tidy hotel with easy access to swim in a lake and see ducks. The food is beautiful, both at lunchtime and dinner, and the kiosk outside is an asset

The lakeside views and double rooms are clean and minimalist and do exactly what you want from a hotel room. The staff, even at the end of a very busy season, were helpful, polite and kind

A beautiful stay, we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation and the staff were really helpful, our favourite part of this hotel was the fact they leave the pool open till 9pm, so guests can watch the sunset, we thought this was a lovely touch, and one I’ve never seen before, the breakfast was amazing, and the best food we had in Italy was from our hotel

Maids in every day and did a first class job. Safe box at no extra charge, TV and internet and a small fridge. Beds comfortably air conditioned good. Roof top pool looked great but didn’t get time for a dip

There was a outdoor swimming pool , although we never went it we had a look and was smart and clean, I would recommend this hotel to all friends and family it was 3 star but should be 4 star

Rooms were cleaned everyday , as soon as we went out for the day the cleaners stripped the bed and clean towels , excellent service Breakfast was 5 star lovely choice of food

The entire holiday the receptionist staff were so helpful who helped with directions to get to places and showed us where bus stops / public transport was , they even booked a taxi for us so we wouldn’t miss the boat trip in sirmione

The hotel is a fair walk to the castle but it is along the side of Lake Garda and extremely pleasant, but you can also catch a bus at the top of the road or find one of the local cabs in the taxi rank

Easy to get to Gardaland or sirmione by bike. It was very convenient to have the bikes there. The pool was great but for sure chilly! Unfortunately the bed were super hard IMO but everyone is different

It is *** hotel but would deserve 4* for sure. Bike service, swimming pool, perfect breakfast. It is called hospitality ! Congratulation to the hotel staff and hopefully we will be back soon !

Beautiful place, excellent breakfast and service, immaculate condition of the room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, one of the best what I ever booked during my holidays. The weather was just a bad luck ;)

Great little hotel on the outskirts of Sirmione; easy to walk to local restaurants. Clean rooms, helpful staff, reasonable breakfast selection. Lovely little rooftop pool. I’d stay again. 😊

It was a little strange that you had to be there to settle your bill in person and I had to do the day before since we were leaving early but it was fine

+ The room was modern and had a garden + Great location just next to the lake + Various restaurants and a big supermarket around the corner + Free parking available + Good breakfast - Bathroom could be a bit more modern

We found the beds to be firm but fine for us and we appreciated the balcony with seating and view of the street. We didn't mind ordering breakfast the evening before and we liked being able to select a later time

My husband would have preferred the option if toast but we were happy enough with the choices on offer. It's an easy walk into the centre of Sirmione and it is mostly flat

A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops

I just love this place, have been here several times and it's always a pleasure. It not top modern but have a lovely charm.

The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront

Always made to feel welcome and part of a true Italian experience- breakfast is lovely and location nice and quiet on what can be a very busy peninsula- would highly recommend and we return year after year

Wonderful experience, great reception staff, they served me a beer despite my late arrival and the bar being closed, the room and views a delight, the shower was strong, hot and huge, the shampoos etc were excellent quality, the bed super comfy, parking and entry into ZTL effortless (book in advance and just drive up to the barrier - it will recognise your number plate and open automatically)

The staff was nice and helpful, especially Emilio the waiter. We stayed with a dog and there was no problem. The pool is lovely and quiet.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast offered a fresh and wide variety of options. Additionally, the view from the balcony was beautiful every day

Amazing stay ! The staff is really friendly, the view on the lake is so beautiful and the breakfast is good ! And also it’s a bit outside of the touristy and busy streets so really quiet

Great little hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful loves the pool. Bed was queen size and very comfy and the rooms are very clean and tidy with a free bottle of water tea and coffee

Its about an hours walk to the castle in simmione but you can catch a bus or walk 15 minutes to a shuttle bus at $2 one way. also 5 minutes walk to see the amazing lake garde so beautiful and calming

shower a bit small but plenty of power again nice size bathroom. Breakfast there was a nice choice of from fruit. Toast cake and more also tea coffee and fruit juice

We didn't get the room we booked. There was a problem with the shower and the airco. Eventually we got a new room with seaview and a gift card for the restaurant

A but old style, but nice room, free parking and very good breakfast. Recommend for families. Was a bit challenging checking in late, but found the right person in the bar, who helped to check us in.

We arrived as a family of six (4 kids under 10) and the facilities were clean and as expected. We knew we would not be able to use the pool due to it being out of season. The reception staff led us to our room

Hotel is great to spend couple of days. The pool is quite big, but too much chlorine. The breakfast is 3/5 (no sparkling water, not many options).

We got a large room on the ground floor with two extra beds, easy to put all the suitcases on, the shower was small but wonderfully hard and warm, enough towels

Lovely Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great. Room lovely. There is some work going on in an around the hotel but did not affect pur stay at all. Nice breakfast and lovely pool. All round 10/10

Food options are very nice and right at the location. There was some live music one evening at dinner hour. Pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Lots of nice outdoor sitting areas with tables and chairs

This is a great hotel if you don’t mind being away from the hustle and bustle of Sirmione. Excellent staff, pool, restaurant. Showers and rooms are small but they are only there for you to sleep right?! Would recommend.

It is a nice hotel, with friendly staff (specially the woman in the restaurant, she is really something!), nice parking space, a small swimming pool. The room is small, bed really hard and the shower space really tidy

Lovely stay at hotel Dogana. Great location to explore lake Garda and the staff were helpful. Great to have bikes to hire with such good bike paths. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food options.

Room was on the cozy side but was adequate for the basics. Short drive to some great wineries nearby. Overall a great place to stay

The hotel was OK - our room was rather small and dated. Simple things like a hook for the towel would be good to add

Also disappointing that the outdoor pool was freezing but if you wanted to use the indoor pool you have to pay an additional £25 per person

He mentioned that Gelindo could make us some toast and get us some wine. Gelindo was so amazing and accommodating and brought us some pizza, toasties and local wine to our room while we unpacked

Our flight got delayed, we were exhausted! We drove to Sirmione and everything was closed and we were starving we checked in and Dario was so nice and welcomed us in with such warmness

This service by him was unmatched and we would come back here again because of it! Also, we sat in the lobby for the live music at night on Saturday and it was amazing

What we liked most is the calm relaxed atmosphere and the exceptional friendliness of the whole staff

Just relax and enjoy! Great hotel. Loved the pool area and the breakfast area. Easy walk into the main town. Very clean room, nice staff, and on-site parking. Just what we needed after a hectic travel day.

The roof terrace and pool area is lovely and has a lovely view, pool was quite cold. We spent some time relaxing and sunbathing. The breakfast room is lovely with a beautiful view and brilliant selection of food

Great location by the lake. Pool was a plus and not busy most times. Castle was just few min walk away.

It’s definitely a 2 star hotel, nice, but 2 star. I was hoping to sit at the pool, but mgmt said it was closed. They were having an event in the dining room. It was noisy until about 11 pm. Street noise was also evident

We stayed for 2 nights, we had such a lovely time. The location is perfect, within a 10 minute walk from main centre. We stayed in a basic room, which was very clean, spacious and comfortable, no complaints at all
