Located in Sirmione, 10 km from the d/f station, Desenzano, 25 km from Verona airport, 170 km from the airport of Milan.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

Only 52 rooms.

Beach: public sandy 650 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds available.

Location is about 2.5-3km away from Sirmione old town, so either have to drive and park, or take a bus (2 euro each way, can pay by tapping credit/debit card on the bus). Slightly inconvenient from that sense but the Hotel is cheaper then staying in the old town. Room is small. I like the modern shower cubicle which is spacious and the bedding and mattress is comfortable. The balcony and outdoors are not well lit.

Location is about 2.5km away, if you walk (not an interesting walk by the way), to the Old Town where the Sirmione castle is. There is a bus that you can take for €2 per trip per person, payable by credit card on the bus. However, it stops on 28th Sep, probably bec of the low season.
You can drive to the edge of the old town where parking is €3.50 per hour.
Room is a bit small and may be because we took the standard room. There is a small area to sit outdoors outside the room but it is not lighted so it gets too dark at night to sit outside the room.
Bed is comfortable, temperature control and shower is good.

Staying here 2 nights and it was delightful. Easy parking right on property, lots of food options nearby, the old town is about 35 minutes walking or via shuttle bus station is just across from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

Plus: Friendly service, nice pool area, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Nice area, easy to walk to restaurants and get a shuttle into town if you are adverse to walking a couple of km’s.

Minus: Having to pay for towels for the pool as a guest of the hotel. Rooms were comfy, but with weak wifi and you could hear the neighbours. Also, it felt like we were lucky to get a parking space despite checking specifically about parking when booking,

The rooms are old, but decent for a small place like Sirmione.

The room was OK, with a large balcony with a view, but it was shared with 2 other rooms. The facilities were OK, but the toilet smelled. There was no kettle. The hotel elevator was terrible. The hotel had free parking. There were also bicycles for rent. The breakfast was good.

I booked a room with a double bed for two , I ended up with a room with 3 single beds and a double bed. No room to walk around, no chair at all, stubbed my toes numerous times. They said I would have to pay more to change room. No wifi, they said it reaches the door in the hall so it is sufficient. Front desk, useless, good breakfast, nice fellow in the lobby bar. Parking a nightmare, you may get one of the few spots on the property. The room safe was on the floor, at 75byoo it was not worth the back and knee pain to use it. Ridiculous is an understatement.

Although it is old, it is clean, has a rich breakfast, and is surrounded by tourist attractions. I am very satisfied.
