The hotel is located in in a calm park like area in Sirmione, just a few minutes of walking distance from the historic city center. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast buffet and the restaurant is serving high quality dinner, including a menu that changes everyday that you can order as a whole or select certain dishes. What we liked most is the calm relaxed atmosphere and the exceptional friendliness of the whole staff.

This was genuinely one of the best welcomes I’ve had thanks to Dario and Gelindo. Our flight got delayed, we were exhausted! We drove to Sirmione and everything was closed and we were starving we checked in and Dario was so nice and welcomed us in with such warmness. He mentioned that Gelindo could make us some toast and get us some wine. Gelindo was so amazing and accommodating and brought us some pizza, toasties and local wine to our room while we unpacked. This service by him was unmatched and we would come back here again because of it! Also, we sat in the lobby for the live music at night on Saturday and it was amazing. Great vibe.

Beautiful setting - shame the hotel is lacking attention to detail. Stayed for a week and bedding was only changed on the Thursday - 5 days in, floors were dirty in the room and dust/dead flies remained there the whole time. Mould in the bathroom, mirror broken and marks on the walls Flies came into the room despite having the balcony door shut. Limited tea and coffee. Took 20 minutes to be served morning coffees at breakfast. Dinner was incredible so there definitely room to improve just disappointing for such an expensive hotel the service and quality was so poor.

The hotel is situated in a quite area of Sirmione which given the crowds, it's nice to get away from. It is however a very short walk back into town where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was OK - our room was rather small and dated. Simple things like a hook for the towel would be good to add. Also disappointing that the outdoor pool was freezing but if you wanted to use the indoor pool you have to pay an additional £25 per person. I can understand if you want a treatment, but a quick swim - seems a little excessive for a couple to be asked to pay £50. Staff were lovely and friendly though.

What a fantastic boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the hustle and caos of beautiful Sirmione. Perfect location, peaceful pool area. Fantastic service at breakfast and the pool area greeted everyday with a smile. Breakfast choice was one of the best in have had considering only 50 rooms. Grounds were beautiful with lemon lime and olive trees everywhere and a cute library next to the pool. We had a non lake view modern room what was spacious and clean. My parents had a gorgeous lake view room, well worth the upgrade. Lake garda is just a dream and this place is a gem to stay at. Thank you

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. A beautiful little gem of a hotel. Spotless throughout. Well maintained modern, spacious room - serviced daily by a lovely, friendly lady for whom nothing was too much trouble. Genuinely warm, affectionate & attentive staff, and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and special. The fabulous natural spa, which we used daily and absolutely loved was such a treat. The pool area and gardens were meticulous and well maintained. Pool lounge area for lunch was also a treat, again with wonderful staff. Olivi is so close to everything in Sirmione. Beautiful, scenic walks to town centre and meandering through this beautiful place each night was heavenly. We were genuinely sad to leave the Olivi Hotel and will definitely return.

The hotel gives an atmosphere of spa and freedom. Pleasant, quiet, for adults only. Many cats roam the hotel and are given a place of honor. Respectable and delicious breakfast.

The hotel was in an excellent location - a 5 minute stroll from the centre. The staff were very friendly and catered for all our needs. We had four evening meals in the hotel (a package of 3 and an extra one due to torrential rain!). They were the best meals of our holiday and were excellent. We used the spa facilities, which again were fabulous.

We stayed here three years ago so when we returned to Sirmione we were always going to stay here and so glad we did. It was as good as before, very friendly attentive staff, very clean, a lovely ambience, comfy rooms and the breakfast is fantastic. Lovely Spa and Pool but we didn't get to use them this time. It's in a very quiet peaceful area and only a short walk to the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend 👌
