Very kind and patient staff. Very caring and very helpful. Room was cleaned every day. No noise at all. I slept well. They have a restaurant also which I didn’t try but the aroma was scintillating.

I enjoyed my stay overall here, but the hotel is very dated and in need of some upgrades. The shower was a bit dirty when i arrived, the fridge was barely cold, and the AC unit was old and not very powerful. Not even a safe for the key anywhere in the room. It is basic stuff that you would expect should be standard. Our room was just above reception on the first floor and WIFI connection was so bad...

Hotel located near the center, convenient on foot to both the center and the lake, nice and very clean, friendly and very helpful staff, family-run. Good food, however, perhaps to my taste with little choice, and buffet side dishes, excellent abundant and varied breakfast both sweet and savory. With a very nice outdoor swimming pool. Average prices, they accept 4-legged friends.

Wonderful stay! From check in to check we loved out stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower had lots pressure and plenty of hot water. We were happy to see an espresso machine with good coffee. We loved it here and would book again if the occasion arises.

Cozy apt hotel at Garda lake In a quiet neighbourhood, a nice, secluded relatively small apartment hotel. Good size bedroom, sofa bed comfortable and everything clean. We stayed at Fiordaliso for 3 nights. Upon arrival Jessica and Giuseppe immediately make you feel at home. It is close to the lake and bus stops from Desenzano and Peschiera but if you plan to go from there to Sirmione by walk is a bit far and in the summer can be a very suffering walk. If you take the bus it can be Ok. Although the room was small it was good and clean, specially the bathroom. The most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The decoration is very beautiful. The room is very spacious. It has a sauna and a jacuzzi. Outside the balcony is the very clean Lake Garda. Unfortunately, the weather is bad. It should be more suitable in summer. Please note that there will be some small Oh, don't leave the balcony door open all the time, and have a great breakfast.

I travel every week and this was Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. 5 Stars. The staff were a 10, each and every one of them. The restaurant was out of this world and the best I have ever had.

Nice place to stay with kids. Local programs are interesting. The pool is good. If you come late sun-beds can be already taken. Stayed a week here, was the perfect location. Pool nice and clean . Bar pool staff Christian and Michaela very friendly, lovely coffees , kids loved the children's pool. Restaurant near market also had fantastic pizzas. Will be back again next year! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

The best thing in the village is 3 pools. No free wifi - if you want to use it you need to pay approx 15 eur/ day. They charge you a fee to get the bed sheets too.

Everything was ok but the smell was weird , you can hear others rooms noice since it looks like a retrofitted old building . Consider some rooms can be a little bit to small for tall people .

Great hotel in easy reach of the lake, (literally a 2 min walk to lake access where can swim. 5 min walk to nearest bars and restaurants and about a 20-25 min walk into Sirmione. Great hotel for the price, rooms were y huge but had everything needed including a fridge and kettle , rooms were lovely and clean. Great location. NIce to have kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. You can walk to the lake and several dining options. (including gelato!) There was a leak under the kitchen sink which did not cause a huge problem wince we were there just one night. There is a pool which we did not usee. Unfortunately, it was not so quiet. Lots of families with small children and very thin walls.

Had an amazing short stay here with family. From arrival to departure Max and his staff were fantastic. Facilities was excellent and a lovely breakfast in the morning that had a large choice of hot and cold options especially the pastries . A beautiful piece of paradise. Perfectly situated just a stroll into town. I would highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to returning again.

We’ve just returned from a couples weekend to this fabulous family-run boutique hotel. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough for a dip in the pool, but the home made food at breakfast was amazing (try the honey!). The room was very clean and there was a simple breakfast. The service staff when we had breakfast were very kind. There are many restaurants nearby! So you don’t have to worry about food, you can just walk there! There is also a supermarket nearby, which can be reached by car in three minutes.

Small but clean and comfortable The hotel is very small but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the air con is a god send! Breakfast was good for a small hotel. We had a room with a double bed and bunk beds and it was surprisingly specious. Was good for the price we paid and walking distance to some local restaurants and bars.
