Our family of four stayed in L’Olivo - it was excellent. Great facilities, clean and Alessandro was so friendly and helpful. Great location too.

Really clean and friendly owners. The hotel offers parking and it's easy to go everywhere from there. We enjoyed our stay.

Its okay. The indian guy was very rude in my opinion. The buffet for breakfast was alright but they were looking very strange at me when I was eating more than "normal". I wasnt full yet so I ate more. The guy is weird. The woman on the other hand was much nicer.

Nice hotel, kindly staff, enough breakfast, best Espresso, best cappuccino, the room and the bathroom are tidy, bed good, airconditional, an elevator will bring you from downstairs to upstairs and back. I'll pass again.

The Hotel is pretty much how I expected it. Sure, it's not the 5-Star Villa with own Spa but it's clean and the Staff is very polite. Also the Hotel has just a few rooms, which makes the athmosphere very familiar. The breakfast is not too big but the coffee is great. And there is WiFi and Air condition in every room.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experiments in Sirmoine. The family who run Hotel Villa Rosa were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was superb every morning and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed each day! It was a real treat to stay here, so much so, we extended our trip an extra day! Great hotel. The room was spotless and beds were really comfortable. Service was amazing and very friendly. They gave us lots of great tips. Breakfast was expensive including eggs cooked to order. The garden and private pool looked great too but we didn't swim.

Hotel Flaminia was ideally located on the lakeside next to all the main attractions in Sirmione. Only two minutes walk to the ferry and castello and five to Terme di Sirmione (unmissable in my opinion). Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Great Italian Pensione Really friendly, family run hotel, just like you imagine an Italian pensione would be! Pool is terrific, rooms are a little small and only 2 have a balcony which is a shame. Breakfast is a great bonus, tasty, home made and fresh. Little awkward to get around by public buses as they always run late but d9 eventually arrive. Overall, a terrific place to stay!

Just reasonable Excellent location, but it's a long way from being a good hotel. The air conditioning is incapable of keeping the temperature down. It simply can't handle the heat, as is the small refrigerator that can't even keep water cold. The staff is only reasonable, though they always answer questions quickly. Twice on our trip to Italy we were misled by appealing pics. This hotel was the first of those. We booked a room thinking it had a view over the lake from the room. As it turned out we were upstairs in a far corner. The room was fine, especially for the price but I highly recommend confirming which room you are getting before paying for it.

Specially when google maps don’t work it’s crazy to get to the hotel as taxi’s are not easily available. Recently renovated rooms, clean and modern. Very good breakfast and good location. Has a solid restaurant/bar even though a bit pricey compared to others around. However, the room was too hot even in May as the AC didn't really cool it at all. Just pushed same temperature around. Clean and tidy rooms with excellent location. Old town in walking distance along amazing lake shore view to surrounding mountains. Plenty of free parking space on a hotel property. Very good breakfast and nice service. We can definitely recommend this hotel for families.
