Very cold in the room and no blanket. It lives a big dog near who walks around outside the hotel so if you are afraid of dogs or bring your own dog you should be carefull. The bed had an very cheap bedspread that my dog walked on and it got a little bit damage a the seams, see picture. The hotel forced me to pay 100 euro for this. I do not think it costed that much and I think it is necessary to use better materials in the hotel.

Great location with lovely view on Campobasso. Friendly staff and good service.
Some notes:
If you’re looking for the spa, check the availability before booking your room because it’s not included in your stay and needs a different reservation.

The breakfast is not what we’d expect from a four stars hotel but it was fresh and good.

The rooms were clean and functional and we appreciated the desk for some working hours.

We stayed here because we were visiting family. We had three rooms for family.
It’s a nice clean hotel. The staff does not speak English. Thank hod my father translated . One of the front desk staff. He was an older male with a beard and glasses was making nasty comments about “Americans” under his breath . It seemed as though I was bothering him from doing “nothing “ when I asked him a question. I don’t speak Italian good but I understand Italian very well. My mother and father are Italian and our family is from this region.
The food in the restaurant was basic and ok. The waitress staff was very nice and pleasant and very accommodating. They could not do enough to please us. The dinner was not great. The breakfast was very good.
It seemed as though we were the only people in the hotel. There was absolutely no action or anything.
They charge you if you want to use the gym.
I reserved a large room with a balcony and was told ******* made a mistake. So my room had no balcony but they switched us to a much smaller room on a lower floor with a very, very tiny balcony.
I guess overall it’s a clean, quiet place to stay but that’s it! There is nothing going on here and you need a car to get everywhere because it’s on a hill in a residential area. For these reasons I give it a 3.
The view from the hotel of Compobasso was absolutely beautiful!

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly & responsive. It's located out of the way & not within walking distance of anywhere. I'd highly recommend.
