In The room number 7 of this hotel, you sleep with a room on The street. Ful of traffic and filled with millions propone in The night. The room is dirty with broken services.it smells of slums.nothing refer to pictures. Impossible to’ sleep and with an infinitive series of noises. Eventuali also The room number 6 with two foreign people did a lot of classe drinks and overall experience has been a disaster . It seems like to star in middle of The street with card and pollution around you. In italy we said “ persone non serie” . You could choose to come here.? Yes in you like to be cheated.

A few minor issues: the safe didn't work and no natural lighting and building entry could be cumbersome but overall a pleasant stay in a nice area.

Unacceptable behavior of the owners. The cleaning lady stole a personal item from us and the owner came in while we were away and searched our things and suddenly what was missing appeared. The night we returned the door to the room was open and there was no toilet paper. For all this he claimed that we were lying and did nothing about it.

The process of check-in was quit difficult. The hotel sent a video guide through WhatsApp with wrong entry code. Finally, I had to comunicate with them by phone to get in.

The hotel was very difficult to find. It had no facade and even the taxi driver couldn't find it. After getting off the bus nearby, I asked many enthusiastic people and found a locked door in a small courtyard. No one answered the door, so I didn't check in. Report the situation to Ctrip, who will actively handle it. I would like to thank Ctrip for its help.

The hosts at Leone made my first visit to Naples simply wonderful! They are very kind and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and affordable, and breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is centrally located and the art within the hotel and the adjacent gallery makes for a truly magical experience in Napoli.
