7th Floor Suite in Naples

Really great hotel. Such a nice personal service. Felt special. Lovely room and so enjoyed the balcony. Neighbourhood was fantastic. Highly recommend. Breakfast was not a lot of choice but certainly sufficient to start the day.

We arrived early from our flight and immediately got a WhatsApp to advise how to find them and that the room would be ready for us, despite it being before check in time. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely balcony, not much of a view but hey, thats not what we wanted it for...sitting out on the balcony was a joy, it was warm and sheltered...listening to the day to day sounds of a busy city was a pleasure! Breakfast is plain and simple, it is continental and there is more than enough to keep you going til lunchtime. The area is small and compact but we were advised that we could take breakfast to our balcony if we wanted...we didnt but it was a nother option if the suites are full and its no hardship. The hotel itself is situated in a lovely part of Naples and is close to the Metro, buses and also walking distance to lots of different areas including sights shopping and the furnicular to the coast. There is a supermarket next door which is so well priced, its embarassing!! The beds were comfortable, the air con superb (it was topping 40 each day for us!) and enough room to move about and store your stuff. Yes, you do have to pay 10c for the lift but hey, its actually quite quaint and the building is so clean. The area is friendly busy lively and local, I took my 16 year old Autistic son and he was not overwhelmed at all. The staff are so helpful and friendly. This is certainly my type of stay, come and go as you please, very quiet and you have a key and fob to get in and out of the building. No pressure, no hassle and we will certainly be returning for another stay.

Breakfast was included in the accommodation, and the variety and menu were good, but the parking lot clearly said there was a parking lot, but there was none in the building itself, so I left my car at another parking lot and arrived at 8pm.
I was upset because they said the parking fee was included in the accommodation fee, so I thought I wouldn't stay there today.
The parking fee was 40 euros, which was a lot compared to the accommodation fee.
This is not a place to come by car.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 7th Floor suite. Lavia made us feel very welcome right from the moment we walked through the door and explained everything about our stay to us. The room we were given was lovely, spacious, clean and had a balcony that provided great views! Breakfast was provided in reception area and was sufficient in choice. The area where the hotel is located is great, with shops, bars and restaurants just outside but is also just 5 minutes away from the local metro station. I really liked that we could contact the hotel via Whatsapp if we had any questions etc. We would certainly stay again if we were to visit Naples again!

If you want to see Naples this is the perfect place to stay. The road you are on has shops, cafes and food places right nearby which are super convenient for quick lunches etc. About 5 mins walk from the Vanvitelli metro line which takes you straight to the centre. Both hosts were absolutely excellent, extremely helpful and would go out of their way to help. Rooms were lovely, if you get 7.7 the view is amazing too!

Good stay. Slightly misleading
Giuseppe was friendly and great. He answered our questions and wasn't as bad with his English as other reviews claimed.However no one opened the gate for us when we first arrived and despite getting an email saying that we will be told how to check in...we didn't get the follow up email with instructions...we were lucky another couple opened the apartment door. We were later told the doorbell would work from the panel. Good stay, but not as advertised.It was disappointing that a pool was advertised but isn't anywhere near the property. G told us that you have to take the metro somewhere...and he didn't remember the name of the public pool...just don't advertise a pool, it has nothing to do with the stay. We are presently in the mountains at a hotel that does have a pool. The balcony was nice, but of course not the views from the pics, more of a street rather than ocean view. Breakfast was included which is always nice. Overall good stay, but a little misleading.

My boyfriend and I stayed at 7th Floor Suite for 4 nights. The room we stayed in was very nice, clean and tidy and we had a balcony. The staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I booked a taxi via the hotel, and Livia was very helpful doing this. Unfortunately, due to issues with the car, which was outside of the hotel's control, this had to be cancelled the night before our flight to Naples. The hotel staff (Giuseppe) communicated this with me as soon as possible and were very apologetic on arrival. We were able to make alternative arrangements without much issue and I was very impressed with their communication and helpfulness throughout our stay. We had another taxi arranged by them back to the airport which was absolutely great. The location is fantastic. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the metro station, so it was easy to get around Naples. We felt safe in the area too and there were lots of great restaurants and shops around. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we visited Naples again!

This b&b in Vomero is nice if you're trying to stay away from the crowds, and Vomero has many nice eateries to enjoy as well. This bed and breakfast is in a residential building which is slightly confusing, just make sure to communicate with the staff before arriving to arrange your check in time. Otherwise the rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was quite decent.
