Comfort Zone Naples in Naples

Centre of Naples and very close to Metro station so easy to get around.

Rooms were ok, shower pressure and temperature outstanding!

Mattress not the best, but we did sleep well.

Overall happy with accommodation however, the hallway had a very strong presence of cigarette smoke which wasn't very nice when not used to it.

Is on the 4th floor but they had a decent lift.

This was in prime location of Naples. Walking distance to lots of places and the neighbourhood itself was vibrant and safe. Annalisa, the receptionist, was really helpful and kind and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat out. Our room was large and clean. A great stay overall!

Great space close to everything. 8 rooms in total. Can walk to any attractions. Breakfast is minimal but it was OK to start the day. King bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. Annalisa is great allowed us an early check in and a slightly late check out. Very helpful and accommodating. Would certainly stay there again if I ever get to Naples again

It is really a 3.5 Stars.

The Good:
- Very friendly and attentive hosts
- Modern and spacious room. It even includes a spa bath.

The Not so Good:
- Poor sound insulation. You can easily hear people talking outside.
- The breakfast included is a typical "Italian Breakfast" at a nearby cafe. It only consists of a hot drink (e.g. coffee), a cold drink (e.g. orange juice), and a single pasty (e.g. Croissant). While this is a typical Italian breakfast, it will not be enough for most people, for me it certainly wasn't.

Stayed for 4 nights and the room was very nice and clean. The staff were happy and friendly. Everything is close by and we walked to many attractions easily. Thank you for the great stay!

Miserable travel day ended here… thankfully the place is as advertised. Comfortable and convenient stay in Naples. Only an overnight visit, but seemed centrally located and friendly check in. European breakfast across the street was at a quaint street-side cafe. Can recommend and would stay again.

The most wonderful experience I staid in the King suite and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location is very central and close to a lot of stores but what made the experience special was the staff. Annalisa is the most accommodating and professional person I have ever met, she made me feel special and ensured all my needs were met. She is also very familiar with the location and will recommend the best places to visit and best restaurants. She is also extremely friendly and funny and she is a pleasure to be around. I am looking forward to my next visit there. Ferdinando C.

I had the pleasure of beeing a guest here last week, together with my son. Room was very nice and clean, shower etc. Very good. We felt really welcome and everything was more than satisfactory. We both agreed the beds were a great sleep. Thanks again for everything Annalisa and team. Naples was just a bit better because of you.
