I'll say right away, a super pleasant surprise... super and professional service, aperitif on the rooftop, amazing, food in the restaurant on the 9th floor... super. More than a perfect evening in Naples. THANK YOU

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel.
They have good service and are friendly and speak English.
The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food.
There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.

Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

First class hotel. Impeccable service. Outstanding location by the Bay of Naples. We had a sea view balcony room which was beautiful.

Stop at bar downstairs and ordered 1 small coke zero.
Unknowingly, was charged 15 euros for ONE little coke zero.
I spoke to three different people to try to get it resolved, but no one could make a decision. Each said the manager had to look at it. Never got a response.
So you’ll be the judge do you want to risk getting ripped off with something equivalent at this place?
I am very generous to anyone who services me always leaving very good tips, but this is absolutely outrageous

One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. Everything is amazing. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever). You feel part of the family when staying here.
This time we came to watch the last match of the season (Forza Napoli Sempre) and it was a very busy weekend in Napoli. However, the hotel still worked amazingly well with an amazing service from everyone. See you soon Hotel Vesuvio 💙

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar. Service was incredible. Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London. Thank you.
