Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions.
First point: When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel door to help open the door and help with the luggage. Only the receptionist stood in the distance waiting for us, and we had to carry the boxes over many steps to check in. When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him.
Second point, the room was not cleaned in time. One morning, I hung the card that needed to be cleaned before going out. As a result, when we came back in the afternoon, we found that the room was not cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to ask please help me clean the room.
Third, when we checked out, the front desk system and staff were confused. I paid the full room fee when I booked. When I checked out, the staff asked me to pay the room rate again, which confused me, but she was quickly stopped by her manager.

Stayed here with my 3 siblings for 1 night. We booked a quad room and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite which was so lovely of them. Breakfast was continental style but they made cooked breakfast upon request. Easy walking access to the train station, main sights and shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and well-kept hotel. Clean. Courteous and prepared staff. Breakfast is also good. Large spaces suitable for a nice stay. There is a room with games for children. Bar and restaurant room. Near the center. Advised!
