Great hotel,
Food in restaurant was excellent.
Rooms are spacious and very clean with a well stocked minibar.
Very clean and super friendly staff.
The hotel is close to the main train station and the major attractions in the city centre.

Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. Others in our big group of coworkers had the same issue. So sadly I didn’t get much sleep. The shower would not get as hot as I wanted but it was ok. Overall a nice stay but when I got back I needed to recover from my sleep deprivation

We had some difficulties with the air-conditioning in our room, but were genuinely impressed by how professionally the situation was handled.

Silvia was outstanding. She worked extremely hard to manage the problem, kept us fully informed and, above all, made us feel listened to and welcome. She really did make our stay special, and is a real credit to the hotel – exactly the sort of person who keeps a property at 5-star level. Thank you, Silvia!

Francesca, who runs the breakfast service, was also excellent – calm, professional and kind. She is the kind of manager every hotel and restaurant wants: discreetly keeping an eye on staff and service, making things runs smoothly while always having a warm smile for guests.

Overall, thank you for the excellent service and a very warm, welcoming stay in Turin!

Just one complaint .

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the reception staff member today, whose name is Christian A. He charged an additional amount of €55 on my wife’s card for two days of parking. When I informed him that there was a mistake and that the car was parked for only one night and that he should refund the €55, he laughed and said that the amount was small and not worth double-checking.
I then told him that I was uncomfortable with the way he handled the situation and asked him to bring someone else to speak with to resolve the issue.

Please inform him that he works at the hotel to earn money, and we as guests are the ones who pay his salary. He should be more polite and respectful when dealing with guests.

We had an exceptional time at this hotel. The staff, the spa, and the location were all perfect. We are on a three week trip in Italy, and had some disappointing hospitality experiences until our stay here. The staff was not aware that we booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, and still went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you to the staff and management of Principi di Piedmonte for such a memorable stay!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. The room was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it had plenty of room. The bathroom was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Great views from the 6th floor and not too loud with the windows open. We only ate at the hotel once, which was in the bar for an early dinner and drinks while jet lagged. The food was ok and reasonably priced for being inside nice hotel. The aperol spritz is very good. The bartender and waiter were polite and attentive. Overall it was a wonderful experience, worth spending a little more for such a nice stay.

Perfect experience. The largest suite I've stayed in at the same price in Europe in the past decade. As expected of Turin, the service is perfect. Low-key luxury without ostentation, and it also has a relaxing feeling with cost-effectiveness. Perfect score!
