An excellent hotel in the city center. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast is hearty and served with all safety precautions. The decor is elegant and comfortable. My hotel if I return to Turin.

We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location.
Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

The location is perfect, right in front of the station. However, the outlets and refrigerator didn't work, which was a problem. I'm not sure if it was worth the price.

The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

The bed was of high quality and I slept well. The staff were very friendly. The sauna was also worth using. It's conveniently located in front of the station.
