Nice position on the sea. The rooms are ok with AC and TV, maybe a little small. There might be some confusion sometimes because of the many people.

On the spot nothing to say, nice, clean, and the staff of the place are decidedly hospitable.
The two negative notes are, the cafeteria (not the restaurant) and the disorganization.
I don't think it's nice to get to the canteen for breakfast and having to prepare the table to eat...

We stayed from the 3rd to the 13th of July . A beautiful holiday, comfortable arrival at the village a few km from the port of porto torres, clean, comfortable and very well maintained, beautiful accommodation, fantastic dining, food in abundance and very varied, the chef really strong and Present , the staff is very friendly caring and attentive to the guest breathes an air family, the director of the hotel always very helpful and polite, the animation made by the talented guys and girls are very well trained and not intrusive , good value for money,we really enjoyed it. We are here a week (21-28maggio 2017), thanks to an offer found on groupalia offers room in the hotel with a balcony with a sea view full board and we are very happy...the season still has not started so there is still almost none, and this makes it a holiday of total relaxation with excellent services. Beautiful swimming pool great place for families in the evening here near there almost nothing (lean period)but we are happy with the dell animation inside of a resort, which despite the lack of customers, entertains both children and adults. With 40m of car, you can reach several beaches like stintino and wisdom already at 20m, not even the beach of balai always wonderful.

In principle, I liked the fact that in the site there is written disco indoor and outdoor pools, and then we got to August of last year and we have not found the one promised. The bathroom was a hole with a mini tv in shower, and a drop-down throughout dirty. The room cleaning was every other day. The breakfast and the lunch and dinner buffet is plentiful and of the variety. A nice beach, even if I don't like the sand, umbrellas and deck chairs them provided free from the hotel. The night show with the staff. We had to ask for the table and the chairs for the patio.

We have had so many problems with the agency of Rome Sunrise, in spite of the advance payment the 27/2/2017 of the whole holiday from the hotel to the club card and the trip, both for the replacement of the travel of the arrival from Porto Torres to Olbia and to go back to the place the bridge while we had specifically requested the chair and in the last we had to pay 180€ for the card club for two weeks, a refund unfortunately, however, despite the mail and the phone calls to the agency, up to now, we have had no response we hope and expect.
Following is the detail of the positive and negative things, it could also be useful for the structure.
Positive:
1)Cleaning the room every day clean towels,
2)availability of a fridge, very useful for water,
3)good variety of dishes (meat, fish, antipasti, very rich and sweet type, in the evening good,
4)animation is very good,
5)availability of the staff excellent, but a little low in the resolution of problems,
6)very nice swimming pool,
7)prices drinks without any price increase,
8)the bathroom of the room again.
Negative:
1)a Lot of people, dare I say, too much,
2)very little organization at lunch and dinner,
3)the beach full of seaweed posedonia, a clean sea, but with a lot of seaweed towards the end of the beach under the hotel,
4)new bathroom, a bit small, but essential ,
5)the small room and outside the shed is to be fixed, the mobile, with the kitchen and the refrigerator is by review,
6)we were not able to use the safe none is there, she opened it in spite of repeated requests,
7)the pajamas of my wife was no longer found,
8)without a camera with which you can go to see other beaches, you're spoiled,
9)the organised trips are a little expensive,
10)pool up towards the end of the day with the water a bit murky.
In the second week of our stay (the second of July) we have noticed a huge improvement in the dining area and in the organisation of both in the offer and in the quality of lunch and dinner, as well as expressed in the declaration of the Direction of the hotel.

I’ve been going here every year for almost 5 years now, and it’s just as awesome and peaceful as always. The location is beautiful, the waters are calm and have a splendid blue hue, and the black sand is very peculiar and always fun. You can catch some beautiful sunsets and also see the stars at night if you’re in the right spot. It does get hot at night, but the rooms always feel fresh. The animation is always very active and engaging, every service they provide is in one way or another fun. There was a year where I was left disappointed by the poor service, but animators change every year and it’s veeery rare that you catch mediocre ones, and even so, it’s gonna be one or two, you always find someone fun. There’s something to do every evening after dinner, entertainment is always on point, and speaking of dinner, the food is great! A little average in variety but good overall, you always find something, plus the pizza and bruschette are really, really good! If you happen to find bugs flying around, keep in mind it’s because of the heat and location, they’re not too many and are harmless. The best advice I could give is to come here and just take some time to relax!

Hello, I just returned from the hotel La Plage Noire hotel. I would like to highlight the good and bad sides of this hotel.
+ Animations!
All the time something happens! And the animators are very happy. (The best animator was Kuba and Frenk)
- poor handling behaviour
We took our seats at sunset. Our friends sat at the table next to us. Suddenly, some other guests and a waiter and personal trainer (Luigi Cordella) moved the table of our friends to the second row and you who came moved to the first smaller one where our friends sat. I'm heartbroken by the service and I don't recommend this coach.

We agreed that they were going to send by courier our documents (Id cards). They sent the documents by ordinary post instead, so there is no tracking, no certified mail, no nothing. We need these documents for travelling and nothing has arrived until now. This mess is shockingly unaceptable, unprofessional and irresponsable, the manager is avoiding me, no way to contact him/her.
