Rooms clean, towels changed every day, room situated on seaview. Weather was fine but there's considerable humidity in the evening, rest of the day is fine
Very good food all inclusive so a good price. Older facility not well maintained. Very nice beach easy access.
We enjoyed the stay here , Everything was great!
The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008. Same tracks repeat each and every day. Very noisy "dj" that talks to the music incredibly loudly

Pools: clean, sun loungers always available, no towel reservation. Beach is nice to have an evening walk but to swim I would recommend La Cinta in San Teodoro
I would say renting a car is a must as without you will miss a lot. We rented a car from a private person. Also booked a trip with Studio Vacanze to La Maddalena which was well organized
Beautiful place!
Good location.
Great food!
We had a pretty good and clean room
Pools are nice and at a good température
Staff is friendly
We visited Janna e Sole in May 2024 and 2025, 2 adults and 9yo. Overall we had a nice and relaxed stay last year and this year. Food: mostly good and very good, a little % so so
Lovely holiday, great pools, plenty of sunbeds, close to beach, walk to quiet beach or train to busier part. Lovely food great choice and variety. Animation staff provide plenty of entertainment all day long
With it being towards the end of the season we were expecting it to be quiet but the animation team were absolutely fantastic and made it as much fun as if it was peak season
The sunbeds and towels at the beach are free, except for the 2 front rows and there is a café there for drinks etc
There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, it is a 10 min walk away or you can get a buggy which is constantly running
The only downside was the toilets, there are none at the beach itself, you have to walk 2 mins to the restaurant and use those
Beach is 500 metres from the hotel grounds and is serviced by a battery operated buggy
What a wonderful place to stay, we were upgraded to room 3120, which was lovely, on the ground floor, double aspect windows with French doors opening out to a large balcony. It was spotless and the service was impeccable
The pool area is nice and immaculate, there are no toilets by the pool either, you have to go to the spa, which was a bit inconvenient

Lovely location, good amenities. Some staff were not very helpful or maybe not trained well? Possibly the season end being due meant they were tired and desperate to get away? Seemed to lack management/organisation
The location of our room was great, a small walk to the closest restaurant and easy to find our way to the beaches and pools. The shuttle bus to the various parts was also handy
Not that there's much outside the report unless you are prepared to travel, which I'm glad we did as we found some lovely beaches a couple of hours drive away
My mum and I holidayed here for a week (24/9-1/10). When I booked it I didn’t realise how huge the resort was! It’s made up of multiple hotels and you really feel nestled into an eco friendly landscape within the hotel
The resort is very isolated and you are reliant on the resort taxi to ferry you to your car, which one day involved a half hour wait and a rather scary ride back to our room with people packed into the jeep like cattle (my husband sat on the floor and I sat on his knee)
When I was asked at Reception why I was leaving early I said I was disappointed with the food and lack of things to do, I was then asked to sign a waiver to say I would not seek compensation, which I refused and said I would take it up with my tour operator
If you want to take your kids in a fun enviroment with beautiful sea and all inclusive its the right place. Good for family with teenegers up to 17. Not so good if you want to be in a more quiet swetting… Overall good
The beach is beautiful, the hotel is set in a stunning location among the mountains, and the rooms are clean and comfortable
Overall an excellent experience with value for money. I picked a comfort room All inclusive- and it is a must as you get a better restaurant, room and beach bed closest to the water
Guests are not allowed to serve themselves, which feels unusual for an all-inclusive hotel. Portions of meat are cut very small, and if you ask for more then 1 piece, the response and the side eye can feel uncomfortable
The hotel, beach and swimming pool are very nice. What I miss is the umbrellas at the swimming pool. Too much hot during day without shadows. Would be very important some umbrellas especially for the kids
9% Italian guests, so unless you speak Italian you’ll feel left out Nowhere near main town of Cagliari, costs €130 each way and 1 hour to get there! Entertainment all in Italian €200 per week for front row sun-bed’s at the beach! Too many beach sellers No mushrooms or tomatoes, only meat, pastries and fruit for breakfast, no good for vegans No poolside umbrella’s No beach bar Complex at a 45 degree...

The entire staff were so helpfull and friendly!! At the beach bar, the "sports beach", the guys were so fun, Elia & Federico took especialy good care of us, we really felt special!! The park grounds are huge
Borgo Cala Moresca brings us a very joyful experience. The private beach located in a wonderful view. The ecopark fulfills with mix of mountain goats and ships
A beautiful resort staffed by delightful young students, our favourite being Diego, the lifeguard, who rushed to assist my daughter after she was stung by a wasp while in the pool
I would, however, think before taking advice to go for lunch at La Palme restaurant on the other side of the resort, as we were treated like a group of second-rate citizens, virtually turned away by the jumped up teenager, manning the entrance like a bouncer, who insisted on €100 payment to even set foot in the door
Quite frankly, I don’t think we missed much. Another person to mention is Marco the front desk manager, who arranged an airport transfer by an excellent operator and tour guide, also Marco
The wasps were plentiful, and caused quite a lot of anxiety throughout our stay, not limited to my family

This place is a true paradise! Stunning views, fantastic wine, and delicious food – diverse and suited to every taste. There are plenty of activities both at the resort and on the beach
Tennis closes at 7:00 PM, but if you want, instructor Jacopo is available for private lessons even after closing time. Spinning classes end at 8:00 PM. I found the sports area well-structured and organized
Kudos to all the entertainment staff. My least favorite thing were the prices at the bar and on excursions, which were perhaps a bit overpriced, like everything else in Sardinia
stands out above all for the skill, competence, speed and kindness of the waiter Kevin! hold tight! it is thanks to guys like him that we will definitely come back to visit you
I just returned from Santa Giusta, a great holiday resort in Sardinia. My family and I had a wonderful holiday. Good food, clean rooms, and good organization
This was not announced to guests who discovered the bad surprise upon arrival
Rooms are ok, but rather simple and the whole furniture looks a bit tired
The sea is fantastic and staff is helpful and friendly
Excellent hotel with top quality services. Food was excellent at every meal. Pool and proximity to beach was fantastic. To see more of Sardinia, you need to hire a car. Local cycle hire was great to see immediate area
Even the coffee, though from a machine, was fantastic!
The pool is massive and we never struggled for loungers (although the time of year helped), and we ventured to the clean, private beach, too
We had a wonderful stay at Orosei Beach Sentido Hotel! After a long flight, we arrived late around midnight, and we were so grateful to be warmly welcomed by the amazing staff, who kindly served us food and drinks even at night — such incredible hospitality
I ate so much seafood - sole, prawns, salmon, and more. And one night I ate lamb that I will dream about all winter. Really decent cocktail list, too - limoncello spritz is my favourite drink now
The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly, making every meal a pleasure. The food itself was excellent — always fresh, with plenty of delicious seafood and a great variety
I did get put in an accessible room for some reason, but it was super comfortable - great bed! Although it did keep making me laugh that because the accessible toilet was higher, my feet didn’t touch the ground when I went for a wee!
The food - oh my God, the food was impeccable
There was food available at the pool bar all day, fruit, salad, cold meat, cheese, pizza, fries, hot dogs and burgers and also desserts. Soft all inclusive only includes wine at meal times

Balance di Conte is perfect for a wind-down holiday. Plenty of sunbeds at the private beach, the water is warm. The food is excellent, a wide choice (even salads) and friendly, efficient service
We never used the big pool during our stay, surely because of the wonderful sea, but in part also because the pool was really not in the best shape
Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus
We did some requests during the booking (adjacent rooms, we were 3 families, and we asked not to be on the ground floor), we did the booking in February for July, and even so basically none of our requests was granted
Great place! Delicious food, very clean rooms and pools, amazing beach and the most perfect animation :)
We had the opportunity to stay at the Cala Della Torre Resort at the beginning of the season and we could not be more satisfied! Although the resort is not the closest to other places of interest in Sardinia, it is the most convenient for a peaceful holiday with everything you need
Extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff, even for gluten-free catering needs. We stayed in a clean and spacious room with a view of the pool and the sea
Shuttle/small train is accessible to drive you to the beach, or you can easily get there on foot. The staff members are the human translation for kindness and hospitality "all' Italiana"
A special thanks to all the staff, always kind, helpful and attentive. We felt welcomed and pampered from the first moment. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Orlando, Rosanna, Sofia and Malvina
The cuisine was a real surprise: delicious dishes with quality ingredients. Every meal was a pleasure, compliments to the chef and compliments to the pastry chef who pampered us with his excellent desserts

direct access to the beach is great. Beach area is amazing Room was very clean Dinner was good
Just outside the rooms had a smell of sewers, not pleasant to smell everyday. Beach towels to hire at 3euors a day
Food bland but sometimes surprisingly nice
Staff can satisfy all your needs regarding food and beverage. Could not test the SPA as the seaside is already stunning. Nearby the hotel you can reach by car other beautiful beaches
A lovely location to chill out. A small hotel with main complex together with separate apartment blocks with good size pool and on its own beach. Activities like gym, tennis and crazy golf but showing their age
Service is good, it's a place to relax and take your time for everything, you are in Sardinia!
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WATER SHOES, sometimes the seabed is rocky and sandy
Wonderful staff with entertainment by the pool each evening. The hotel is located on its own a car journey away from any amenities / town

Fantastic stay and am returning. Great pool with entertainment. Good entertainment for a small hotel. Free shuttle bus to the best beaches. I have changed a booking to return to the hotel
This place was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the stay as it was just what we were looking for. With breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach
Nice room, good service. Lots of choices for breakfast. The shuttle to the beach is an add bonus but you can also walk to the beach.
Food super
Accomodation ok but Italian 4*
Shuttle bus to beaches
Nice, friendly hotel but there was music playing from the morning (at breakfast time) until late on the evening (midnight +). Perhaps our room was closer to the pool than others (where the entertainment area was)
We stayed for one week at Cala Rosa in August 2024. A very big GRAZIE to all the staff. Excellent service, it felt like home. Thanks to Matteo and the girls at the reception and thanks to the waiters
It was absolutely amazing I just have 2 thing the rooms where a bit small and the Wi-Fi didn't work and the food got a bit ropetative and there was a lot of fish and as a family we don't eat much fish but the pool was so pretty and you could spend hours in there and the water in the sea is so clear and there's a lot to do in the resort we went for my aunt's wedding and they made it the best they could...
However the location is somewhat remote and the season doesn't start until June for adequate bus service so you really need a car to get about
Lovely setting and great pool and bar area. Ideally situated next to the beach. What let's the resort down is the poor breakfast and attitude of some of the staff. Seem reluctant to replenish food and juices
Showers were extremely powerful, great water pressure. Pool is very nice and hotel in general is lovely. Was very quiet when we went, never saw more than 3 or 4 groups of people around the main pool at any one time
Rooms were nice, although our Aircon didn't work, was told system was changing over from 23rd May but nothing changed, it was blowing out air which I'm fairly confident was hotter than the outside temp, was always colder outside the room than inside
We only stayed 4 days so was cheaper for us to hire a car for £100 than pay £130 each way for travel. Plus we then had the freedom to go wherever we wanted. The hotel has a nice car park that's free to use
Beautiful resort and great location
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Is was our last stop on a 10 days trip. We loved the location, close to very beautiful beaches, and the nice town of San Teodoro
Peaceful and great place to stay even out of the active season. In case you are looking to relax
The hotel is set down a quiet road so a car is needed as there is no real supermarket in walking distance. Apartment was lovely and spacious and pool area was nice. Couple of restaurants on site too
Nearest beach 20 minute walk and two free sunbeds and umbrella. Lovely views and peaceful location
Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest
We choose early season (last week of May) when air temp is in mid 20C and water pleasant enough to swimm. and prices are much lower than in high season. We love this place for many reason

Beautiful newly renovated resort with spectacular rooms and amenities. Pool, gym, and bar all exceptional. Similar to other reviews written around this time, the hotel does feel just slightly understaffed
I enjoyed everything! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The sea is amazing and from my room I had a beautiful view
We had a 5 days stay at this resort. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa
Amazing hotel, staying in it feels like being in a charming Italian palace. You can see that it has been renovated with great attention to detail. The rooms are versatile, each with a terrace
They are clean and very comfortably furnished. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel staff is always smiling and polite. The view of the bay is breathtaking
I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for a successful luxury vacation at a reasonable price
I recommend a shuttle service to the beaches, the boboi do not reach those areas
This is a resort that is separated from any community it is in. Assuming you drive there, you are then separated from your car by a 15 minute walk - getting away during your stay is tough
But altogethet the whole experience the sorrounding the pools, the friendly staff the lots of programs for the kids made it a wonderful holiday. Our 3 kids (7&5) and us loved it
The rooms are actually small separate houses like a holiday village and are very nice. Mine had a view of the stunning coast we were on. The place is enormous and has many places to eat
The paint is peeling etc bit it just makes it seem authentic. Our kids also absolutely loved the resident rabbits that can be spotted around the grounds. In summary, this place could be amazing, but it's not
We have been here in 2021 in June. It is a great location for families with kids, since the ocean access is limited (no sharks ;) ) and there is the park & zoo in walking distance
Hotel, pool, food, rooms was perfect. Beach, bar was bad! They didn ´ t clean the beach, I didn ´ t understand why 🙉🙈
Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius
Everything about the resort (rooms, decorations and more) was beautiful. The staff was outstanding! Gorgeous property including the grounds, pool and beach. Very good food. We can't wait to go back!
We were expecting more from a 4-star resort
Our letdown: intermittent wifi connection
Carry water containers because they don't have any containers in the hotel unless they are hiding those too. They do have a nice pool and a nice small beach
Some furniture outside was broken. On the positive notes, the staff were gentle and tried to support us with our complaints about the noise. The breakfast was great, and the garden and swimming pool were well-maintained
Everything was beautiful, location is on the coast with nice beach and pools inside a lovely green plants and trees
Breakfast everyday is the same and basic, but dinner was different every night with a large variety of foods. There are 3 pools, a very large space to roam, beach is a 2 min walk from reception
Free water sports tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, ping pong, bikes and lots more was fab
This is an amazing resort, I really wished I could stay more! The place is really beautiful, the pools are great and the all resort is just perfect
This resort advertised 3 pools
One was supposed to be warm with jacuzzi
The two big pools were not heated
Too cold for the guests to swim
The warm pool was freezing as well
This resort was a bad choice
My vacation was ruined
Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good

The hotel is nice situated, peaceful, you have space around you, the pool verry big and clean, food can satisfy everyone, staff respectful, price/quality good.
I was there in 2017, everything was great and on high level. The special was that, there I ate the best pizza in whole Italy and world, an extra paid pizza in hotel's restaurant. Incredible
There is a solo singer in the evening with a pleasant repertoire. The location is gorgeous: surrounded by nature, 5 min walk to a small beach, clean and beautiful. We would deffinitely come here again
For us, walking 5 minutes from the room to the restaurant was a pleasure, since the paths have flowers and nice vegetation. The infinity pool is quite big and cleaned every evening by a robot
Downside coffee only available at breakfast, unless want to pay at pool bar! Also juice, water and wine only available at meal times, unless you pay at bar,so expect an expense at the end of your stay, even if you have paid for full board
Just returned from 7 night stay, hotel grounds and facilities very good, fantastic beach,do cross over to the next beach by foot for softer sand. Staff very hard working and friendly
Had a lovely time, rooms was lovely and clean, we had sea view, it was lovely, the 2 pools was lovely and cleaned daily, the pool men was polite and friendly, all ways ready to help, all the staff was friendly and helpful, would like to say a big thank you to the bar staff, we was in a group of 9, they had our tables put together for us and made sure we all ways had a drink and had snacks on the...
Immaculate hotel and grounds with beautiful swimming pools and beach; the setting could not have been better. Friendly, helpful staff and service
We also had the bbq they do once a week, which was delicious so would definitely recommend it,
Thank you all for a lovely week, all the people in my group had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend this hotel
Several cafes/restaurants in Fertilia and a regular easy bus service into Alghero from Fertilia. Thank you Hotel Punta Negra, we had a lovely holiday!
We had the breakfast which was very nice ( maybe heat the cooked breakfast up a bit, sometimes the bacon was cold, but we still eat it,)
This property is located a short distance from town. It is lovely, quiet, and scenic. There is a gorgeous pool area and a beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at both the pool and the beach
