Lovely hotel right by the sea! The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with lots of fresh choices, especially the bakery section is superb! The location can’t be beat—just steps from the beach with amazing views. Definitely a great spot to relax!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful garden area. Everything is within 500 feet walking distance (Room, ocean, restaurant). Perfect place with children, very friendly staff and food is outstanding. Very beautiful beach and outdoor spaces. Friendly and available waiters and staff. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms need to be updated and are not at all level of a 4 star hotel. We expected a way higher standard for a 700$ stay for one night. Restaurant food expensive and low/medium quality. Overall nice experience; such a shame the rooms and common areas are outdated.

The rooms are old-fashioned (at least the one we stayed in) but spotlessly clean and a reasonable size. We stayed on the half-board option, and dinners felt like we were in a fine dining restaurant. This was the second hotel booked for us on our tour of Sardinia. Again, not one we would have chosen. It's quite the corporate feeling hotel and not for us. But that's our thing. We had a fabulous stay. Kind, friendly, very helpful staff. The right size of resort big enough but not to big. Breakfast and coffee are great. Rooms comfortable with air con. Pool deck view amazing. The beach is stunning and a relatively short walk or shuttle ride. Town is a bit further but not unmanageable- fun Tuk Tuk taxis are €20 each way. It was great choice for our family get away.

Clean rooms, would be nice if in the kitchenette we could find salt or pepper. Great localization, near beach and Villasimius (nice walk). We had a very pleasant stay at Fenicia towards the end of July, with temperatures reaching as high as 40 degrees. The view of the sea and the beach that we enjoyed on our terrace and even from our apartment was breathtaking. The garden is gorgeous, the sea was spectacular, just like crystal. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We would love to come back!

Very clean hotel! The nicest and very helpfull staff I've ever seen. Breakfast is very tasty. Very close to park where you can observe flamingos. About 20 min per foot to Poetto beach. Highly recommend this place!!

Incredible stay! Very accommodating staff to help with booking taxis and excursions. Stunning rooms and views. Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. I have been going to Porto Cervo every year for the past five years. I have stayed at Pitrizza Hotel, Romazzino Hotel, and Cala di Volpe. We stayed at Cala di Volpe three times. The location of this hotel is excellent for walking in the town but it has problems…elevator doesn’t work, breakfast is in a cafe down the street, rooms are strange (toilet, sink, shower in 3 separate rooms) and cluttered, parking only on the street if you can find a space. Not a four star experience for us, only 3* (and that is generous).

The Best of All was the host, Signora María. She is All love and kindness. The Hotel is at the first flor of a 19th century Palazzo Carta Corrías. All the ceilings are decorated and paited. Lovely place, beachfront property. Friendly and helpful staff to meet me for some setbacks. My room was clean and tidy, although the level of facilities is simple and functional. The rooms have a mini fridge. Personally I am satisfied. I recommend it and would stay there again. Fair price as the property is located in front of one of the most prestigious seas and beaches in Sardinia.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great area not on the beach but very close. There are no staff on site however they were very quick to respond to messages. The rooms are modern and clean, but not very spacious. There are basic amenities in the room. No coffee a kettle is available for use. A grocery store is within walking distance. The breakfast option on the beach is great!

This is the second consecutive year I go to Le Palmette and once more the experience was very good. From reservation to check in, from local support to check out, the team was very kind and ready to help. The room was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Beautifull, clean room. Close to a very nice beach. Its not in the centre of Cagliari but there are easy and quick busstops nearby. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online. The hostess is very friendly and will help and advice you in everything. Highly recommend this place when you want to be close to the beach but not completly in the centre.

We stayed here in october. We booked a 1 bedroom appartment and got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom appartment. The size of the appartment was a big positive thing of our stay here. We spent a wonderful week in this residence as a family with our 2-year-old son. The flat was spacious, well equipped, clean and had a lovely outdoor area. The staff are very attentive and always give good advice. The residence is very well located, close to Budoni and the magnificent beaches of San Teodoro. The swimming pool is superb and well maintained, with a superb view.

New residence but some negative points: air conditioning for a fee (in 2021 in Sardinia it is a bit bizarre). There is nothing included and everything is extra for a fee - no toilet paper, trash bags, there is only a hairdryer in two bathrooms. The price of the residence is too high for the services it offers.
