I had a brilliant time at the hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly and just made you feel so welcome. I booked directly and they upgraded my room free of charge. It's a little bit of a distance from Orosei so would recommend maybe hiring a car. The beach nearby was incredible and the whole stay was relaxing. This is a basic hotel but the maid service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the sheets and towels changed. Generally, service at reception and in the bar was friendly and efficient. The pool is very nice with plenty of loungers and seats. Slightly oddly, the pool and bar were closed early afternoon and the pool was fenced off! See photo. This was the second hotel booked for us on our tour of Sardinia. Again, not one we would have chosen. It's quite the corporate feeling hotel and not for us. But that's our thing. We enjoyed our stay. It is a great area not on the beach but very close. There are no staff on site however they were very quick to respond to messages. The rooms are modern and clean, but not very spacious. There are basic amenities in the room. No coffee a kettle is available for use. A grocery store is within walking distance. This is the second consecutive year I go to Le Palmette and once more the experience was very good. From reservation to check in, from local support to check out, the team was very kind and ready to help. The room was comfortable and exactly as pictured. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online. The hostess is very friendly and will help and advice you in everything. Good location next to beach and close also to other beaches to drive, also close distance to Olbia. The manager Andrea was great- helped with all requests. The negative point is that there is no sound isolation between the floors and when the neighbors upstairs were loud at night- we could hear everything.

Lovely place, beachfront property. Friendly and helpful staff to meet me for some setbacks. My room was clean and tidy, although the level of facilities is simple and functional. The rooms have a mini fridge. Personally I am satisfied. I recommend it and would stay there again. The room was adequate but lacked essentials; the TV remote's batteries didn't work, and neither did the air conditioning remote. Two lights were out of order, and there was no oven tray. The terrace was nice, but the table and chairs had to be moved every time to open the shutters.

Good tuna tartare and a good compromise between quality and price

Quite clean apartment, although with the covid emergency I would have expected more. However, nice apartment with terrace and friendly staff, even if instead of the Olimpio residence they diverted us to another residence without prior communication, rather they pretended nothing happened. Anyway I didn't complain because after all it was someone in the apartment.

Very spacious apt , clean and great communication with staff, 2 supermarkets across the road which was excellent, and plenty of free parking which was even a bonus. Overall a great place to stay and explore all the fantastic beaches around the area. Only downside was a building site across the road from our balcony but that was a minor issue.

Had a very pleasurable 4-day stay in Le Fontane. Perfect for a no-nensense holiday where we were just visiting another beach every day, while still having a swimming pool during certain hours open at the accomodation. We stayed at the residence in the week of August. The complex is concentrated and not at all dispersive. It is very nice, especially in terms of green spaces. Parking is not lacking, even if some evenings it was a bit crowded with cars and it was a bit more difficult to park. Very nice, tasteful, clean room and friendly owner. Highly recommended!

The room is a short walk from the centre of town with easy parking nearby. There is a very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows and a great shower. Bath robes and beach towels are also available. Michele provided us with a useful map and some insider knowledge.

Credit where is due! I was still on board the ferry when Michele the host called to say to be awaiting our arrival. Pictures on Booking sites don’t always correspond to truth, in this case they did, a pleasant surprise. The house is divided into 2 rooms with a communal area.
