Great stay Very nice relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and always tried their best to communicate in English. Good was decent. There grounds are very big and lovely to walk around. However, some aspects are a bit old and I found it slightly over priced.

Classic well kept resort with everything conveniently available with not too much mark up. It is the full Italian experience with mostly Italians on holiday. A lovely experience in a lovely location!

Amazing all around, never dissapoints

Good place, fine people... The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008... Same tracks repeat each and every day... This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time

A nice family hotel on a wonderful beach. There are breach activities which can be booked like pedalo rent, boat trips,... But it's still quite quiet compared to other rather big resorts. Also possible to do horseback riding and Quad tours not far away at Iba sa cresia.

We are having a wonderful time. Everything is perfect. Our room has got a stunning view, so after breakfast we talk at our balcony and admire mountains and garden. We just came back from this amazing holiday. First of all, we booked our holiday through "loveholidays" and I wish I could know about all the fees that the hotel got. Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim. For the price this is a great place to stay. Half board gets you a buffet breakfast and dinner. Pools were nice, but the music was too loud starting at 4pm. They need to clean the bathrooms better, the tile grout lines in the shower had thick grime on them and the shower floor was slippery.

Overall, it was good. Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus. It was much better than I expected, mainly because it included meals.

We had a really lovely stay, very friendly staff with delicious food but the rooms are in need of an update. The bed linen and towels are worn and not of a good quality. The evening entertainment was also very poor, which was a shame as the staff could not have done more for you.

Breakfast buffet varied and tasty. I appreciated being able to order espresso and not have to have Americano coffee. The bar and restaurant choices are also very good. Pietro, on the front desk is exceptional. Rooms clean and well attended. I would only wish for two bedside tables and two easy chairs, in the room. The parking is a bonus. I would readily recommend the hotel to others.

They are clean and very comfortably furnished. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel staff is always smiling and polite. The view of the bay is breathtaking. I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend...

I enjoyed everything! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. A great customer care level. The sea is amazing and from my room I had a beautiful view. All furnitures are new. I can say that the resort exceeded my expectations and I simply recommend if you want to have valuable time.

Chambres rénovées récemment, accueil agréable. La nourriture est plus que correcte pour un service toute buffet. L'hôtel est bien implanté et au calme. Les équipements sont toutefois limités ( pas de salle de sport ni sauna/hammam, une seule piscine....)

The hotel was a great find. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius. Thank you for a great stay.

We were expecting more from a 4-star resort Our letdown: intermittent wifi connection. The resort hosted a large group of children staying for the regional sports event, making us unable to rest properly due to the noise from this large group. If you need to do business while at the hotel, don't even consider it because the WiFi is slower than dial up. I had two important business meetings on two different days and I wanted to pull my hair out. I was disconnected 4 times in less than an hour on the first meeting and 5 times...

Great place to stay in Palau – the staff are super friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful view over La Maddalena Island. Also, it’s very easy to find parking around the hotel. I definitely recommend it if you’re planning to stay in Palau!

Hotel Palau is ok at best but is most definitely not 4 stars. For context we stayed for 5 nights and whilst fine would not recommend staying longer as it would become repetitive whilst there are other places to explore (especially on La Maddalena). POOL/POOL AREA: The pool area is fine albeit the pool water stung our eyes, unnaturally so, both immediately and constantly so ensure you have goggles...

Delightful stay with my family. Charming hotel, cleanliness impeccable at all times. Hotel breakfast one of the best I have had. Service 100%, great attitude, unpretentious, extremely friendly. Higly recommend. Good shuttle service to the port and beach with private area. 15 minute walk to centre and port not a problem even if it was up a hill on the way back.
