Good place, fine people... The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008... Same tracks repeat each and every day... Very noisy "dj" that talks to the music incredibly loudly. Rooms clean, towels changed every day, room situated on seaview. Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel. Guests can reach Timi Ama beach with a 5-minute walk or with the hotel’s free electric land train. It is very usefull. Superior Double Rooms with Garden View are very modern and comfortable. Great restaurant. I highly recommend it.

A stunning resort with a beautiful private beach, courts for tennis, volleyball and padel, and swimming pool. The restaurants at this resort were excellent and the room service was top notch. Overall, the experience and ambiance were perfect, and didn’t make us feel like we missed out on seeing the rest of Sardinia.

We had a 5 days stay at this resort. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa. Beautiful newly renovated resort with spectacular rooms and amenities. Pool, gym, and bar all exceptional. Everybody is super polite. Hotel is super clean and it has a very good beach. Hotel is very suitable for families with kids. Food is tasty but options are usually same and repetitive. I recommend not to purchase the half board option. I do not think it makes a difference yo purchase it in advance.

The hotel was gorgeous, but we stayed right at the beginning of the season and more than 50% of it wasn’t open yet. There was only one restaurant open besides the pool bar, and the food wasn’t that great. While the "beach" club isn't exactly convenient and there is no beach (so you can only sit on rocks unless you want to spend a small fortune on a daybed), the hotel and facilities were lovely.

Very quaint property in an isolated area. This is not a hotel. These are private small villas and there is no reception or staff on site. Keys in lock box and no frills. Clean and in nice condition. We stayed for 6 nights, but the hotel only provided two bottles of water in the whole week, as a “welcome drink.” We moved to another five-star hotel in town and they offered complimentary water every day. Small items like water don’t cost much, but they really make guests feel better cared for.

Spent an entire week here. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and they gave us a nice tour of the resort. Apart from being one of the best appointed hotels I've stayed at the staff are fantastic. They remember and pay attention to the little details that make a temporary stay feel like family. We came here at the height of travel season (August 1) and were not able to receive the Amex upgrade. We were placed near the beach/restaurant area and by the pool. The room was very small. It had a tiny television which hung with all of its wires dangling like it was the back of some Verizon store. Surprising considering how they price these rooms. One night is about 1 month's rent for a lower end...

Disappointing experience – the room was uncomfortable with a musty smell until we requested a deep clean and refresh. The bed setup, from the mattress to the pillows and cover, was unsatisfactory. The toilet was also too small. The location was perfect.
