Love the newly renovated hotel rooms very close to the beach! The air conditioning was perfect, the rooms size and beds were very large and super comfortable, and the bathrooms are upgraded and modern. The rooms also have a large, lovely patio with a water view on the 2nd floor. I was skeptical to book based on some of the reviews but, the location and photos of the newly renovated rooms looked...

This was the second hotel booked for us on our tour of Sardinia. Again, not one we would have chosen. It's quite the corporate feeling hotel and not for us. But that's our thing. The stay at baia verde was alright. The room was okay and got cleaned everyday and everyday new towels and garbage sacks. The pool was very hot and deep it was 2 meters deep you couldn’t stand there except for the part were the pool was 1.30 meters deep but there were all the children and the animation. Very spacious apt , clean and great communication with staff, 2 supermarkets across the road which was excellent, and plenty of free parking which was even a bonus. Had a very pleasurable 4-day stay in Le Fontane. Perfect for a no-nensense holiday where we were just visiting another beach every day, while still having a swimming pool during certain hours open at the accomodation. We had 1 night on ground level and 2 upstairs. There are only 3 Superior Studios (which have a kitchen) downstairs and one upstairs. We requested the one upstairs in advance because of the view, but one must still be a little bit lucky. It’s worth asking. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the famous Pelosetta beach. It must be said that the view, especially on sunny days, is breathtaking, as from the room you can see all the shades of the sea. Lovely place, beachfront property. Friendly and helpful staff to meet me for some setbacks. My room was clean and tidy, although the level of facilities is simple and functional. The rooms have a mini fridge. Personally I am satisfied. I recommend it and would stay there again. Fair price as the property is located in front of one of the most prestigious seas and beaches in Sardinia.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great area not on the beach but very close. There are no staff on site however they were very quick to respond to messages. The rooms are modern and clean, but not very spacious. There are basic amenities in the room. No coffee a kettle is available for use. A grocery store is within walking distance. The breakfast option on the beach is great!

This is the second consecutive year I go to Le Palmette and once more the experience was very good. From reservation to check in, from local support to check out, the team was very kind and ready to help. The room was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Beautifull, clean room. Close to a very nice beach. Its not in the centre of Cagliari but there are easy and quick busstops nearby. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online. The hostess is very friendly and will help and advice you in everything. Highly recommend this place when you want to be close to the beach but not completly in the centre.

Good location next to beach and close also to other beaches to drive, also close distance to Olbia. The manager Andrea was great- helped with all requests. The negative point is that there is no sound isolation between the floors and when the neighbors upstairs were loud at night- we could hear everything.

Baia de Bahas is set in beautiful surroundings. The apartments are spacious and large. There is a restaurant on site that is very popular - the food is nice too

Even though the resort looks like it hasn't been modernized for many years, it still offers decent living conditions and facilities. Located on the hills in Badesi, the sea view rooms offer a wonderful view over the whole area between Badesi and Valledoria, apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. In the complex you will also find a swimming pool, a bar good for coffee and cocktails...

No noise from pool as it only opens 9am-8pm (but missed my 8am morning swim I like before breakfast so perhaps they could think about adults only at that time or quiet time?) could have done with a few dishwasher tablets, better washing up liquid and some wine glasses but other than that it had most things...

The structure is in a quiet location near Baja Sardinia; the exterior of the Residence is very well-kept; the interior of the apartment has well-distributed spaces and the cleanliness is top notch; our apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine; the very large living room with sofa bed (very comfortable) for 2 people and well-equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge...

The man at the reception desk is a sweet heart. Even though we booked through ******* they said that we could check in late, just to call the number we woke him up and he came right up to the office to help us check in. He made our stay great! Loved the property!

We stayed at the residence in the week of August. The complex is concentrated and not at all dispersive. It is very nice, especially in terms of green spaces. Parking is not lacking, even if some evenings it was a bit crowded with cars and it was a bit more difficult to park.
