The stay at baia verde was alright. The room was okay and got cleaned everyday and everyday new towels and garbage sacks. The pool was very hot and deep it was 2 meters deep you couldn’t stand there except for the part were the pool was 1.30 meters deep but there were all the children and the animation. Very beautiful beach and outdoor spaces. Friendly and available waiters and staff. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms need to be updated and are not at all level of a 4 star hotel. We expected a way higher standard for a 700$ stay for one night. Restaurant food expensive and low/medium quality. Overall nice experience; such a shame the rooms and common areas are outdated.

The rooms are old-fashioned (at least the one we stayed in) but spotlessly clean and a reasonable size. We stayed on the half-board option, and dinners felt like we were in a fine dining restaurant. The stay at the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and supportive. I was able to check in early! Just at nighttime it was a little bit loud due to the road.

Lovely location, good amenities . Some staff were not very helpful or maybe not trained well? Possibly the season end being due meant they were tired and desperate to get away? The location of this hotel is excellent for walking in the town but it has problems…elevator doesn’t work, breakfast is in a cafe down the street, rooms are strange (toilet, sink, shower in 3 separate rooms) and cluttered, parking only on the street if you can find a space. Not a four star experience for us, only 3* (and that is generous).

The Best of All was the host, Signora María. She is All love and kindness. The Hotel is at the first flor of a 19th century Palazzo Carta Corrías. All the ceilings are decorated and paited. You fell like you have been transported in time but with All the modern facilities. Also, you open your valcony and you are looking directly at Piazza Eleonora, the Main plaza in oristano.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great area not on the beach but very close. There are no staff on site however they were very quick to respond to messages. The rooms are modern and clean, but not very spacious. There are basic amenities in the room. No coffee a kettle is available for use. A grocery store is within walking distance. The breakfast option on the beach is great!

This is the second consecutive year I go to Le Palmette and once more the experience was very good. From reservation to check in, from local support to check out, the team was very kind and ready to help. The room was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Beautifull, clean room. Close to a very nice beach. Its not in the centre of Cagliari but there are easy and quick busstops nearby. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online. The hostess is very friendly and will help and advice you in everything. Highly recommend this place when you want to be close to the beach but not completly in the centre.

Two weeks with my family (2 adults, 2 children). We were very happy. The apartment was large, beautifully clean, functional, and quiet. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, parking, a balcony with a sea view, and WiFi. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Good location next to beach and close also to other beaches to drive, also close distance to Olbia. The manager Andrea was great- helped with all requests. The negative point is that there is no sound isolation between the floors and when the neighbors upstairs were loud at night- we could hear everything.

Baia de Bahas is set in beautiful surroundings. The apartments are spacious and large. There is a restaurant on site that is very popular - the food is nice too

We spent a wonderful week in this residence as a family with our 2-year-old son. The flat was spacious, well equipped, clean and had a lovely outdoor area. The staff are very attentive and always give good advice. The residence is very well located, close to Budoni and the magnificent beaches of San Teodoro. The swimming pool is superb and well maintained, with a superb view.

We stayed a week in budoni, excellent location with market and restaurant close to the residence. Great location near San Teodoro. New clean apartment. Friendly customer-focused staff.

New residence but some negative points: air conditioning for a fee (in 2021 in Sardinia it is a bit bizarre). There is nothing included and everything is extra for a fee - no toilet paper, trash bags, there is only a hairdryer in two bathrooms. The price of the residence is too high for the services it offers.

The room is a short walk from the centre of town with easy parking nearby. There is a very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows and a great shower. Bath robes and beach towels are also available. Michele provided us with a useful map and some insider knowledge.

We had 1 night on ground level and 2 upstairs. There are only 3 Superior Studios (which have a kitchen) downstairs and one upstairs. We requested the one upstairs in advance because of the view, but one must still be a little bit lucky. It’s worth asking. Lovely place, beachfront property. Friendly and helpful staff to meet me for some setbacks. My room was clean and tidy, although the level of facilities is simple and functional. The rooms have a mini fridge. Personally I am satisfied. I recommend it and would stay there again.
