Really nice place in great location near the city center. The only downside is the air conditioning was barely working so it was a bit hot. The owner does not speakany english but we were able to communiciate using google translate and she was really nice and helpful.
If you can find a free spot (which can be challenging in the evenings) you can park your car by the building for free. Otherwise we parked in a public parking a few minutes away. Please note that although the locals park in the piazza nearby, we were told that it is forbidden and our car could be towed away

Rosa was a correct hostess.
The room is comfortable, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious.
It has a safe.
And best of all is the location with respect to all points of interest. 👍

The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The balcony view was very nice (Ursino Castle) and in the evening it was very pleasant to watch how everything is livened up. The location is perfect, very central, and you can easily walk to the beach. The owner, Signora Rosa and her husband are particularly nice and friendly. The room is cleaned every day, and a refrigerator is provided with water. Simple breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Highly recommended! What should also be mentioned, there is a fairly cheap taxi service to and from the airport, which you should definitely use, is very comfortable and much cheaper than the taxis from the airport!
