Its a 25 mins walk from the train station, so its not in the center of cefulu Room was big and ac worked well. Breakfast was basic and average. An excellent hotel on the north coast of the island. The old town is also nearby, about a 20-minute easy walk. The rooms are nice and clean because room service is regular every day. Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The location and grounds are beautiful with many nice outdoor seating areas. We had a problem with the lack of sound proofing in our room. The room has a large mirror on a track like a barn door with no wall behind it, only foam. This allowed all conversation from the guests attached to be heard in our room. The hotel was wonderful and having various room options was really important to our group. We very much enjoyed the sea access but would be weary with children as it can be rough (they have a wonderful pool option)- for adults there was no concern! Staff was helpful!

Overall a positive experience, but dinner on the terrace may be idyllic atmospherically, but a gastronomic treat it is not. However, Cefalu has some fab restaurants, so dine there instead.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, with a swimming pool and a tennis court. It is located on the mountain, so it is relatively tiring to go back and forth. It is a 15-minute walk from the private beach. There is a bus to and from the beach, but there are fixed times and you cannot make a separate reservation. The hotel was in a beautiful location but not conveniently located to the Cefalù downtown. The shuttles they offer do not run during ‘off season,’ the children’s playground was not open/available, the food is very limited and the dinner quality was not what one would expect (especially for the price). This is a charming hotel and wanted to love it, great location to the beach and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast was decent, dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The one downside was the air conditioning, or lack there of. Never could get it below 25.5C which for me was not good as I need a cool room to sleep. If you can't sleep sweating look elsewhare

The property is a little bit dated but kept very clean. All the staff is amazing! Since our arrival they were so kind to walk to the parking lot to show us exactly where to park. So helpful and gladly to help to resolve with any issues you might have. Also the location is absolutely the best!! And best breakfast I had in Sicily!

The owner is a lovely and brings a warm welcome. Offered us an espresso and fresh baked cake/bread when we were checking in. Pepito is the sweetest host ever! He makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay and will even cook special breakfast for you, according to what you want. A good base for exploring Cefalù Great location - easy walking distance to the beach and the old town. Rooms were clean and the continental breakfast buffet was delicious. We were able to park our rental car in one of the hotel’s free car parking bays.

I choose this since it is a two minutes walk from the station. The place probably had some nice rooms, but I had a very small room that was a bit claustrophobic. The shower stall was ridiculously tiny that I had a difficult time taking a shower. Nonetheless, the staff were nice and cordial.

We stayed 3 nights here. Ideally located, close to absolutely everything. Staff from reception to rear of house are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Cannot praise them highly enough. The room we had was spacious a balcony above the street but we slept well. Breakfast is plentiful and has anything and everything that you'd want. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The rooms are a bit run down and doesn't exactly give any "palazzo/palace" vibe... Location is right in the middle of old town, however the hotel does not have any parking nearby (at stated on this website) so you're left alone with finding parking...

Nice location, friendly staff. We were arriving late so no idea where we can park the car and so I called to staff and they were very helpful. Unfortunately their parking space was full but they gave directions where to park. Also when we arrived the guy (unfortunately cant remember his name) at the reception were really friendly and nice. Accommodation is in a good place to walk around the city.

Palazzo Raho is in a perfect location for exploring Cefalu. Easy 15-minute walk from the train station - taxis are available, but definitely taking advantage of the short trip to the center with the prices they charge. The hotel is in an older building. The pictures accurately depict it. The included breakfast was nice. The hotel is staffed in the morning until 1-ish and then again in the evening....

Outrageously overpriced. the A$ 300.00./ euro 200.00 a night room was dark and dingy: the place hasn't been updated to current standards in years: it had: broken lights, very mouldy shower, no water in fridge, only the one toothbrush holder to drink anything from and that hadn't been cleaned in ages, you can imagine the state of it...no chairs or table to use a computer at, hard uncomfortable bed...

Pros - We were upgraded to a Cabana which had a fantastic whirlpool and was super modern. - The spa facilities are top notch and we loved our spa experience - The dinner at Cala Luna was spot on - The facilities of beach and pool are indicative of its 5 star status - definitely has everything - Lots on offer for breakfast; ingredients were fresh and I could order hot meals off menu which was much appreciated...

We had a wonderful short stay at Sunset Hotel. Room was spotlessly clean and modern. Loved the shower! The view from our room was lovely and even better from the rooftop pool. Nina on reception was especially friendly and helpful.

The jewel here is the vanishing edge rooftop pool with an incredible view of Cefalu beyond! Our room was on the small side, but did have a comfortably sized enclosed shower (which is rare) and was very clean! There are multiple lounge areas indoors and out, and the decor is modern and colorful. FYI, parking in the downstairs garage can be TIGHT if the hotel is full. What made our stay even more enjoyable...

Ok hotel , not impressed. Beautiful pool area. Not what I would expect for the price per night. The hotel is about a mile from the historic center, which turned out to be a nice walk each day. There was a nightclub, right across the street that played loud music to 3 AM on a Tuesday !!

4* Hotel which is a little outdated, but rooms are clean; breakfast is very nice (typical Sicilian food - fresh food and orange juice); free parking; nice location along the boardwalk (it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the center); free sun beds at the beach. For night we recommend earplugs (there's a club nearby with music outdoors until 3 a.m. during weekends).

Stayed here one night and had a great experience. Of course, it is an older hotel and needs little renovation here and there, but this is normal. Amazing location and comfortable accommodations. The hotel is in need of some updates and renovations. In addition, the lido that the hotel is associated with, (Lido Peter Pan) has it's issues with customer service. They made it difficult to enjoy the beach with my family. Relaxing!! If you’re looking to get away from the hectic shoulder to shoulder crowds of crazy Palermo then this is the place to go. Very big 1 bedroom with a huge deck of your own. Every room looks over the sea and there is a small beach with chairs and even snorkeling equipment to use. The breakfast was very good and plenty of easy free parking. The hotel has a great location, about a 10-minute walk from Cefalu train station, and a 5-minute walk from the beach. It's also very quiet at night.

The hotel is a 4-minute walk from the train station, making it ideal for train travelers. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was still very satisfied. I would definitely book this hotel again if I travel there next time.

The hotel exceeded expectations, it was clean and hygienic, in fact the transportation was very convenient, it was a five-minute walk from the train station, the room had a large balcony where you could sit and drink coffee, it was much quieter than in a small town.

We made a last minute booking and they were happy to accommodate us. Excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, AND QUIET!!! As many places in centro storico in Cefalù, parking is central and you must walk to the hotel. They have an elevator and please remember to use it to visit their rooftop bar. Sunset views from here are not to be missed!

Alessio and Mustafa will make your night special here in Positano, their hospitality is unmatched, almost as unmatched as the view!! A definite must-visit for drinks after dinner or for the sunset!

Wonderful place but the pictures don’t do justice. It’s much prettier than what you see on the pictures. The staff were great. Hard to find with Google Maps as it takes you down the wrong path. The location is amazing and the beach is stunning. The only downside is the food as it’s touristy. Everything else was simply amazing.

Very quiet. Solid 3 star amenities. Pool and beach are more than adequate. Resort website says there is tennis but be advised that resort has a single tennis court that charges 15 euro an hour to utilize.

A lovely relaxing place , staff can't do enough for you, house staff clean bungalows everyday. Perfect spot over a quiet bay, recommend shoes for the rocky sea entry. From the moment we arrived laura was great with the check in,it was late in evening and nothing was to much trouble and gave us tour and info.the apartment was great,everything we needed.our requests were done straight away..the pool was faublous and the views unbelievable.we had a great stay and would reccomend it.
