I had a few misunderstandings and miscommunication with the hotel but we dealt with those. Possibly it will surprise Rosy to hear I would stay there again!! But the position was great for me and my room was lovely. There are a couple of things I want to pass on to other prospective guests. The first thing...we think this was booking com fault that I didn't get full info re checking in....but the hotel has 2 locations one is at 85 and one at 113 and the reception is at 113. Quite important to know that! There is no safe in the room..maybe Opera Relais could consider providing them. The 3rd thing for me as I do try to be Green and am concerned about the environment is that my towels were changed after just one night. I was staying 3 nights and would have been perfectly happy to have the same towels for my whole stay. There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign provided so my room was serviced but in this day and age most places now suggest that the guest request fresh towels if they want them otherwise the hotel will assume you are happy to use the same ones. Let's do our bit for the planet please and not do unnecessary washing!!!
