The hotel is situated slightly outside the city centre. It offers a friendly atmosphere with a very accommodating Staff. It encompasses a restaurant with decent food and a bar for those who are interested in a late evening or afternoon drink. despite that our room needed some extra attention it was nice and had everything needed. The only thing we missed was our own coffee maker. On the other hand we just have to go down to the lobby ask for a double espresso. Despite being located close to a busy street, we were not disturbed. One of the really good features for this hotel is there gated parking supervised by CCTV. Access to the Estrada was easy and took approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Not a good thing with this hotel it is that it is located close to several gas stations offering you an opportunity filling your tank before continuing your journey.

I stayed in this hotel because I had to go to a concert at the sports hall, I chose it for its proximity to the venue, the area seemed quiet to me, excellent restaurant and the waitress with us was very kind and friendly, a little more maintenance should be done, and more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the rooms, there was a bit of dust, for the rest the stay was to our liking.

The Hotel is a good location coming or going to the ferry harbour. It is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is continental and very rich with excellent Italian coffee, yoghurt, fresh fruit, sweet and savory food.

Noisy and out-of-the-way hotel...
A transient hotel at the entrance to Messina located on a very noisy road from 6 a.m. until midnight for rooms facing the street, and also a dog that barks in the evening on the adjacent lot. Parking is appreciated and free. The hotel is out of the way (6 km from the center).
Friendly welcome, but not in French.
The restaurant is basically a simple buffet with a fixed price of €25. The quality is mediocre, as is the breakfast.
No French television.

Abysmal. It smells like birdshit in the hallway. The floor and walls are disgusting. The chairs and floor in the breakfast/dining room were dirty. The reception lady was friendly though.

Very poor hotel: filthy (trash everywhere and cigarette stains on the chair), smelly (smoky scent) and old (80s furniture with no updates). The walls, curtains and carpets are very dirty. Glad we only stayed for 1 night. Outside on the terrace people were loud until 5AM! We dined in the restaurant but the food was terrible (microwaved lasagna and saltimbocca). On a positive note: the reception lady was friendly.

My reservation was for two people and they gave me a single room. I suggested they give me the double room that was on my reservation and they said we would be comfortable in it because the bed was big. TRUE. The bed was fine and we accepted it, but a hotel has to accept its mistake and, above all, treat its customers well. That offer to change rooms was missing, even though we would have accepted the one we had.
Another thing is the facilities. They are old. Very dirty carpeted floor and other deficiencies that a hotel of this category should not have.
The same thing happens with breakfast. Totally deficient. No hot food, no fruit and only water to drink. We could only choose between some sweets and some tubs of jam and butter
