It's ok. Rooms are big and clean. They run a scam where you can't buy drinks from the bar without buying one of their pre paid credit cards which you can top up at anytime but they won't refund any excess funds when you leave

The hotel was overall fine, with clean rooms and good service. We especially enjoyed the excellent food – great variety and quality. One major downside is that the beach bar is not included in the all-inclusive package, so you have to pay for drinks there. We booked this hotel rather last minute whilst on a three week car tour of Sicily. Hotel Aliai is in a great location, right along the waterfront near the small-boat harbor. The Hotel Aliai was a beautiful and welcoming hotel. We contacted the Aliai hotel after arriving in Sciacca without any reservation. The manager there Giuseppina was very accommodating. She explained the amenities and the parking area (Free) and even gave a tour of the hotel. This made our 4 day stay at Aliai hotel so much more enjoyable. We had a 2 night stay booked, and were dissapointed with the location of the hotel right on the road, the view of the harbour from the car park a few minutes away was obstructed with metal barriers and gave a bit of an industrial feel to the area. My husband and I visited Sciacca for the first time and we LOVED our stay here! Our room was in their newest Marina wing and beautifully furnished, comfortable, and very clean. Room on the ground floor with only one window towards the internal courtyard therefore very humid and with a slight musty smell (room not equipped with a dehumidifier but only with an air conditioner).

The hotel manager Caterina was extremely helpful in our trip preparation and kind and professional when our trip was interrupted by circumstances beyond our control when the ferry from Civitavecchia to Palermo was canceled because of high wind and rough sea. I've been staying here several times over the years and the property is always in perfect condition. The location is great in the heart of Sciacca. The cost of the room was very reasonable and and should be your go to place while in Caltabellotta. The family run restaurant was excellent and more food than you can eat.
