Dear Mr. owner, I would like to clarify that yours is a somewhat inaccurate answer since at the time of booking, via whatsApp, I received your ok without any request for confirmation or to pay the deposit to formalize everything.
I also remind you that when I arrived I found the entrance door closed because the structure has no reception staff and after several phone calls I was left on the street for more than half an hour until your collaborator arrived and told me informed that the booked room was no longer available.
Finally, I specify that your staff has taken care to find another accommodation to remedy, by the same admission of your staff, your oversight, therefore, more than my lack of interest, it would be appropriate to acknowledge your disorganization and approximation.
