1. Reservation was made for me to visit my parents. 2. An upcoming work appointment made me ask for a reduction of the stay from 5 days to 2. The hotel answered too late. Same day of check-in. 3. I asked my parents to speak with them as they were not answering the phone. The hotel suggested to cancel the reservation and get a partial refund from booking. 4. I’ve cancelled and contacted booking (phone) but I was denied the requested reduction or refund. 5. Nevertheless, I could get to Trento finally and went to the hotel to stay on October 1st. The hotel refused any entrance. 6. I went to stay to a friend’s house. 7. I asked a refund to booking and the hotel but was denied.

Beside a generally pleasant stay, my highlights are: great customer care, perfectly central location, super clean, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast cake. I don’t see how any other accommodation could do better.

Breakfast was ok and when we asked about ham and cheese, staff went and bought those for us. Very nice.
