It's a renovated, elegant hotel. The room is large, but it doesn't have a coffee maker or a kettle for making tea. There's no complimentary water either. Breakfast is chaotic, incredibly crowded... you ask a waiter for decaf (the machine doesn't have it) and then you're stuck waiting... expensive for what it offers.

Not quite a 4 Star hotel as advertised. Starting with the positive- Breakfast and attendants were very good. Rooms and public spaces were very clean. Negative- Room AC temperature did not adjust. The service was very nice, everybody was always pleasant , everything was clean. Overall it was a nice stay. The only downside was that give it is a hotel near the ski lift there is not enough storage for ski gear for all guests. Also whoever designed the logic of light switches in the rooms is evil.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this property & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay in Trento Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet.

Very nice and cozy hotel just a few minutes away from the train station and less than 10 minutes from the city center. Although the room might seem at first a bit ascetic, it has everything you need.

One of the issues with staying in Trento is that very few hotels have parking. Thee are basically 3 good options, and Hi Notel seems to be the best. Access is pretty easy in a city were driving around can be a challenge. There is ample parking in site. This small hotel is a true hidden gem, featuring welcoming staff and a fantastic on-site Italian restaurant. Its location next to the Alps provides guests with a truly breathtaking view.

It's one of the cheapest accessible 24/7 hotel in the area. Despite weird photos, all were pretty decent. Heating worked as expected, the shower was clean and hot water immediately available. Breakfast was fresh and while not the richest one is enough to get energy for the day.

The idea is given that the accommodation is in a large rural area. However, the b&b is close to a busy road. The room we were given was very small and as such not quite a good price/quality comparison.
