Ok 3* - definitely not a 4*.
Common areas are very nice but rooms are quite basic (no kettle, no extra pillows) - pool/spa is accessible only by paying an additional €20pp for 3h and the breakfast is quite average.

Very nice hotel for a good price. Stayed only for one night, but it was easily the best one from our trip. :)

Warm cottage at 20 minutes from Trento. Cozy and with a very nice spa. We didn't stay long so can't tell about the menu but the restaurant looked very nice (if the same used for breakfast).

We absolutely loved our stay as a couple with my wife. The rooms are spacious and good looking, with walk-in wardrobe. Lot of wood makes a warm feeling. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very delicous and well presented, the service was also excellent. Nice wellnes centre was also a big plus, I have never seen a pool with such a hot water in any hotel! The only negative of our stay was the fact, that we stayed only two days and if there was ever a chance, we would definitely stay here happily again.

Headed to the magnificent Trentino region with a relaxed mood & family together. Nice place, clean, away from the city center, as planned. Service overall is below any 3-4 stars I’ve been around the world, not matching what they are providing. Since the arrival until we left, not a touch of warmth whatsoever. We had dinner & the last serving was by her self, managing more than 30 guests at the same time… she did well despite the lack of staff I must say. Breakfast is simply shocking… Buffett is way below average with limited choise of food, no alternatives to vegetarian as requested via email prior our arrival. Lots of guests complained in the breakfast room for lacking of plates, food, coffee etc. again, 1 server at breakfast only to manage everything… Never again

Something you do not expect. Great quality and family feeling. Defenetly a place to return and suggest. Style of the place is nicely selected and peacefullness is the total throughout the property . Perfect
