I stayed in Accademia hotel for 7 nights during May 26'.
The place is amazing!
The staff is super nice and helpful, special thanks to Carmen and Claudia for being so nice, and also a third lady that i regret for not knowing her name.
The location is really good, minutes walk from all the main places and from the train station.
Nice breakfast, clean and comfortable room.
Will definitely recommend, great hotel.

The hotel is good, also the staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. The first room I was in was very nice and big enough. The second room I had for one night was very small, but otherwise ok.

Staff was very nice and professional. However, unfortunately, this is not what I expected when I read the hotel had 4 stars. Although clean, room had dirty walls and cheap, partly ruined, furniture. It was also a bit empty for the hotel ranking and lacked some attention to details (ex. wall mounted tv was very small and hard to control with the remote). My shower had only shampoo and conditioner with no shower gel or soap bars at disposal in the bathroom so I had to grab some hand soap from the wall dispenser next to the sink each time to take a shower. The WiFi worked poorly except for video calls. Breakfast was okay but with limited choices. For instance, it would be nice to have an additional coffee option other than Americano. Pastries were also a bit dry.

Very nice location, not so far from public transport and really close to the central square and university.
Rooms are clean.
Breakfast is nice but I missed eggs. (only boiled ones). We had scrambled eggs only the first day and then they were missing from the buffet.

I enjoyed very much my stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes from many key places in Trento (main train station, Piazza del Duomo, Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore). The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious - particularly enjoyed the selection of cheeses - and the room was very clean, suitable for spending quiet nights. The Wifi connection might be improved as it got lost in certain areas of the room.
My overall experience is excellent, and surely would stay again here in the future.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was simple, but clean. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly adequate. They have parking a small walk away. Can be confusing, but not terrible. Would recommend for a couple of nights.

Pretty Dolomite views in historic Trento
It was a good stay. The check-in staff could use a little more clarity and friendliness in their oral communication. When we checked in, the receptionist indicated that they had prepared a room for 2 adults and a child instead of 3 adults, and she was worried that the second bed would be too small.The reservation was for 3 adults. She was nice enough to show us the small bed for our adult son before we moved in to the room, but the reservation was clear. The breakfast staff was very nice. The location is great as there are many good restaurant choices very close, and it is very convenient to be so close to the train station. The wifi was spotty and in and out. The breakfast could be improved by adding some hot items like eggs.

Close to the old town but 6 minutes or so to park which is across from the train and bus stations. The train station is under construction so allow plenty of time.
