Outstanding service thanks to Chiara!

As a Titanium member, I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the service I received at NH Trento truly stood out — especially thanks to Chiara.

Chiara was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by kindly offering complimentary breakfast, free parking, and even arranging an extra room when one of my daughters decided to join us in Trento. This level of care and flexibility made a huge difference for our family.

Her warm attitude, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help reflect the high standards of NH Hotels. Experiences like this are the reason I remain loyal as a Titanium member.

The NH Trento hotel is located in the wider city center, a 15-minute walk from the main attractions. I stayed for 3 nights in room 304. The room is spacious and the bed is large and very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is also okay, but could be better maintained. Namely, during the first shower, the water in the bathtub did not drain well, the siphon had not been removed and cleaned, and there was a lot of hair on it. The breakfast is varied and the staff is friendly! All in all, I was generally satisfied with my stay at this hotel!

Everything was great! Library is beautiful too, make sure you step by!

It's OK, but the price/performance ratio is not high.

My recent stay at Hotel NH Trento was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the day I left, everything was absolutely amazing from the warm hospitality to the pristine accommodations.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and elegantly designed, offering both relaxation and practicality. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options at every meal, showcasing both quality and attention to detail. The overall cleanliness and professionalism of the entire hotel team were evident throughout my stay.

I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Martina Ferraro, whose exceptional professionalism, dedication, and warmth made a real difference. Whether in a business context or on a more personal level, Martina consistently went above and beyond. Her support was not only efficient and thoughtful, but also deeply human. She stood by me during moments of personal difficulty and worked tirelessly to ensure my needs were met something I will never forget.

Martina is a true asset to the NH brand, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking for top-tier service and genuine care.

Once again, the NH chain of hotels did not disappoint! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very kind and prepared, excellent breakfast, plentiful and .... (which is very much appreciated) with anti-covid criteria. Very satisfied.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and daughter. Very easy and convenient to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to satisfy any needs. Upon arrival they greeted us in a satisfactory manner, making us find the room ready and free. The location is strategic with a large green space in front of it and nearby there are various services including a bar, restaurant, shops and a tobacco shop. The historical center is easily accessible on foot. The hotel offers a varied and excellent breakfast for all tastes! We were very happy and will definitely come back!
