We loved this hotel. Across from station so less sclepping w rucksacks. It’s red so you can’t miss it. Glamorous lobby. Rooms have boxes to set your bags on. Great idea. Good beds, pillows and sheets. Window opens (yay). Enough charging sockets. Slippers (do you walk around in bare feet? Ew). Bathroom good w mirrors and light and good towels. Fantastic breakfast included. Hot cold fruit cornetto cheese meat cake and yogurt. You name it. The room is lovely. Linen napkin. We lived this hotel. Top two of travelling around Italy for a month. Grazie Mille.

It's a renovated, elegant hotel. The room is large, but it doesn't have a coffee maker or a kettle for making tea. There's no complimentary water either. Breakfast is chaotic, incredibly crowded... you ask a waiter for decaf (the machine doesn't have it) and then you're stuck waiting... expensive for what it offers.

This is a 4 star nice hotel. We spent one night in this hotel during a bike tour. Bedroom was very nice, comfortable. Reception was nice and resourceful. Restaurant very good. Well located.

We selected the hotel because it had overnight parking available. We were pleasantly surprised with the location - it is very central, an easy walk to the Duomo (maybe 5-10 minute flat walk), and the other main sites in Trento, as well as restaurants, shops. We parked on arrival and did not need our car until we checked out. The decor is dated, but if you can overlook this, the room was comfortable, sleep quality very good, and the breakfast was fine. The front desk service was very good - we got what we reserved at the price we expected, and received very good assistance with parking, getting around the town in a manner that made our visit relaxing.

We had views of the surrounding mountains from our clean, spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, the castle, the cable car, and the town’s main square — all of which we experienced over the course of our one-night stay here. As a bonus, the breakfast was amazing. Trento is truly a hidden gem of Italy — and the Grand Hotel is a great base from which to experience it.

Excellent hotel in the wonderful Trento: walking distance (max. 5 minutes) to everything (train station, restaurants, cafes, shops…), clean and quite room, excellent service, great breakfast…

Delicious breakfast, nicely designed lobby and bar… The hotel's location is great, with quick access to the city's major tourist attractions. There are many delicious restaurants.
