My husband and I were absolutely blown away by our stay at the Hotiday Room Collection Hotel (also known as Grand Hotel Palazzo) in Livorno! This five-star hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building and exudes charm from every corner. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a very comfortable bathroom featuring both a separate shower and bathtub. It was easily one of the best nights’ sleep we had during our two-week vacation through Corsica and Tuscany. The hotel also offers a rooftop infinity pool, bar, and restaurant, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views, we enjoyed happy hour at their rooftop bar and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, and the service was outstanding — especially the reception team, who were friendly and went out of their way to help us navigate Livorno in the short time we had. Even though we only had one day in the city, the staff helped us make the most of it, and we are already looking forward to returning to fully enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

We loved our stay here. Some previous reviews were concerning, but when we arrived, we saw nothing mentioned in those reviews. Our room was spacious with a lot of natural light. It was clean. We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. Absolutely a wonderful experience.

The spa was not included. The room smelled like drains. The hotel was very dated and not well looked after. The swimming pool was old.

I think it is the best Hotel hotel Livorno , Which station we can go directly by the car or just walk we can find a good restaurant nearby. I think we were choice. The hotel for next trip.

Stately hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. Some minor conditions that could be improved with the room (leaky shower door, no chair in the room).

From the outside hotel looks nice and has a parking within the gates. Inside it is dated and cannot make its mind if it is Sofitel, Uappala or Hotiday. Air is stuffy with a strong smell of cleaning solutions. Rooms are located on the "servants' floor" with small windows, sometimes covered with sculptures, ruining view on the sea. Rooms itself are badly cleaned - a lot of dust under the beds and furniture. Bathtub and shower cabin both are leaking, and a consequence of it can be seen on the ceiling of the breakfast room. Shower holder goes out of the wall together with a shower head. Air conditioning doesn't work in April, and windows have insect nets installed with so much dust, that makes it a questionable option. Breakfast options are very limited and are barely on par with a 4-start hotel, but with added inconvenience of looking for a server to get a cup of tea or coffee.

Clean, beautiful, and reasonably priced. I will be coming back. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They speak English for us foreigners. Overall, an amazing experience.
