Beautifully maintained property. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is great. Breakfast is also sufficient. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This was an amazing find in the wonderful historic center of Lucca. It is a private Palace with gorgeous historic rooms, easy parking for our one car and a wonderful welcome from both the owner and staff. It is in the center of the historic area and could not have been more perfect. The bedrooms were very comfortable and like something out of a movie.

Have you wondered what it would be like to stay in a real palace? Now is your chance. You should jump at it. This palace is centuries old so don’t expect a typical hotel experience. If you want a palatial room, massive charm, caring staff, a terrific breakfast and a perfect location this is your place.

Wow! We loved our stay at Tucci Palazzo. We were greeted by Anna who was so welcoming and helpful. Shared history and local knowledge including the opera that evening which was a beautiful evening. We loved it so much we stayed another night and cancelled other hotel despite no refund. Loved Lucca and this property. Ciao!

We loved the old world character of the palace, the location was terrific. It was very challenging maneuvering our car to the palace, but a wonderful man came to our rescue and walked us through it!

Stunning ornate palazzo located perfectly in the center of the old walled town.
Easy to get to from Lucca station, bus 3+ drops you off out front.
Fairytale atmosphere, each ceiling is ornately painted, marble, flooring…the accomodation was certainly a highlight of our stay. Then Lucca... what can I say, a marvel
I recommend it to anyone who wants something exclusive in the city
