The structure isn't new, but it's in good condition. Everyone is very kind and attentive at the moment. They've partnered with a small restaurant to guarantee a minimal but comfortable dinner. Great job!

Decent hotel but only suitable for people travelling by car! You will not get here by foot, and the public transport is very bad - takes about an hour to Livorno with usually at least one bus change, and no service at all in the evening. In an industrial area next to a gas station and mcdonalds.

Nothing good! This hotel is for truckers only. Old and dirty. Not even worth 1 star!
1. Lack of a restaurant for dinner (Within the pandemic times). There is no any normal restaurants nearby.
2. Gas station right under the hotel - it's impossible to breathe in summer. Engine oil and gasoline fumes are felt in the air. Dangerous for health!
3. Old torn and dirty hotel.
An hour after staying at the hotel, we decided to urgently leave from there. breathing gasoline is very dangerous. I asked at the reception to return the money to us - I was refused.
We have moved to another hotel.
Then I called Booking, claiming that the hotel did not correspond to 4 stars at all and that it was impossible to stay there.
The girl on the booking called me back, she said that there was no way to refund the amount, but Booking in the form of an apology will return 20 euros to my account.
Until now, the money from the booking has not been returned to me!
Booking is blocking this my review so I am living it here.

If we had known the hotel to be next to an oil refinery from Agip.... You cannot open a window or walk outside without being poisined.
Seeing it was summer the Airconditioning did not work at all! It was puffing a bit but not blowing as it supposed to...and as you cannot open a window...
Last but not least for such a stay and charge normal over 100 euro prices; total rip off

Good location, sparse choice in breakfast menu, clean rooms but very cold at night, use the blanket!

No wifi - Internet not working,the guy said nothing he can do. Only in the reception has internet. If you are tall the shower is small you can't bent. It only good for night rest if you need to sleep nothing else. Food I didn't have time to go and eat. So far the elevator is not that big. The room for 1 night is €75... but I can recommend for everyone to visit this place if you need a place to sleep.
