We had dinner in their restaurant and the dishes were absolutely bad. They use MSG ( dado) so everything very salty. I don’t recommend it

This hotel is excellent for the price of room. Beds were the most comfortable i have slept in at a hotel. Breakfast choice was excellent.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Immaculately clean. Difficult to fault.. BUT The noise at night is truly horrendous. Beyond the hotels control. Outside on the promenade, very loud drum beat music until midnight . Disappointing , but an issue you need to be aware of unless you are fans of 'house'music and love to have your eardrums pounded until you get a headache. Thankfully, it stops at midnight.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Tuscany. The staff are wonderful and Nicole made our family feel special. The pool was perfect for the children. There is an old world charm that makes this hotel special.

Lovely 3 night stay at the end of our Italian trip, with our 17 year old son. After the busyness of Rome and touring the Tuscan hills our 3 days at the hotel were great. Location was fantastic, hotel was very clean and staff all very friendly. Loved the adults terrace sitting watching the world go by. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Beds are super comfy and the roll down shutters are the bomb for noise and heat reduction. Excellent service all around. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it excellent!

The hotel was right next to the beach where there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were always very helpful and polite. Just behind the hotel are bus stops with frequent (and cheap) buses running the Viareggio to the east and Pietransanta to the west. We had a lovely family holiday there for the week and would highly recommend.

Great location, very close to the beach. Large pool, spa and a restaurant on site. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable beds and beautiful room. Lovely restaurants close by, but limited public transport. We will be coming back.

Stayed for 4 nights and hotel and staff were wonderful. All six of us loved our stay. Hotel was so clean and comfortable, staff were so helpful and friendly and location perfect. Fabulous choice at breakfast, cannot wait to come back.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here in the first week of September. Room 110 was a great choice. We loved the hotel…and every single member of staff. We have rarely experienced such a genuinely friendly atmosphere in all the places we have been fortunate enough to stay in over many many years. We’re both looking forward to returning for another no -fuss ,no rush ,relaxed break to enjoy this ‘home from home’,the beach and the lovely people who made our stay so memorable.
