Wonderful Hotel, with lovely clean room and amazing rooftop views from our balcony, and within walking distance from the main attractions, great experience!!!

Nice hotel, first time here. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Near a nightclub, so not the quietest place on a Friday or Saturday night, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Clean, comfortable rooms and reasonable prices.

Grand Hotel Italia apparently just opened, and it was a fantastic experience! It's a beautiful hotel with knowledgeable and friendly staff, oversized rooms, and upgraded bathrooms. They kept some of the most beautiful parts of the old hotel, including the lobby and staircases, but everything else is totally new. The hotel breakfast was amazing--the waffles had the freshest, most incredible berry compote...

We were met by a gentleman who's name is Maurice,  he gave a lot of information and advised on places of interest and great significance to the area. We later checked in, got to our room and although it seems old it is very comfortable and spacious. We also have a large bathroom with a double shower. Breakfast buffet was lovely,  plenty of variety. The Accommodation has an elevator which is a winner...

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)

Hotel with a convenient location, near the highway toll booth and the cable car parking. The structure is dated, definitely in need of renovation, both the common areas and the rooms. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Average breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating, but the hotel was not at all what I was expecting from the photos and description. The hotel is old, the furniture is old and tired-looking and the bed was not at all comfortable. We stayed early October and it was still fairly humid out, but the AC had been turned off. Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

Railway Close to supermarket, restaurant. Free on site parking. But close railway. Fortunately no train during midnight.

Orvieto is a lovely medieval town with beautiful cathedral

Excellent location, great courtesy, spacious, clean, and fragrant rooms, top-quality toiletries. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with a strong focus on sweets. Definitely a recommended choice.

The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again.

Staff was extremely helpful at arranging dinner reservations and providing directions. Room very clean with nice bathroom amenities.

The staff was incredible. We really appreciated how the staff was helpful upon our arrival and departure. The young man at the desk has the best attitude and hospitality sense. We will stay here again.

The hotel is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. Its location is very close to the Folklore and the old town of Orvieto. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, especially Maria. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend it.🥰🥰

It's a good hotel for short stays. The gentleman that runs this place is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The general info about the hotel says that it has a restaurant in site which isn't true, since it was closed.

Good location, 10 to 15 minute walk from train station and the funicular and has a good view of the hilltop city of Orvieto from below. The included breakfast was fine.

Conveniently located hotel, although parking is a bit of a walk. Good sound insulation with the outside, less between the rooms. Accessibility a little affected by the presence of external and internal steps. Average breakfast. Honest prices.

We had a wedding of 60 people and had the most amazing time. Rosella and Andreina were extremely organized and accommodating. This place is truly magical; you get the feeling that you‘ve gone back in time. We stayed overnight in the fortress and the rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. If you are in Orvieto it is worth a trip for the views alone.

Very nice hotel close to centre. Staff very informative and helpful. Finding parking near the hotel a bit difficult. However, they do have a bigger lot further away. You need to pay for parking.Don't let that put you off this hotel, it is a charming little hotel with very friendly staff.

I really loved our stay at Hotel Valentino. It's a relatively quick walk from the funiculare stazione and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect - not too far from anything and the views from our room exceeded our expectations

An unscheduled stay. Right in the heart of old town. Maria and the staff were immediately accommodating and helpful. An older hotel in the old town as expected. But a surprising highlight of our trip.

Place was amazing. The drive from Orvieto is slow narrow roads uphill for 30-45 min. Then full stop……….. the place is an incredible castle with amazing views and surroundings. It was a totally out of the box experience for myself and my two sons travelling g from NZ to the Italian countryside for a family friends wedding. The castle was just stunning. Generous breakfasts included in room changes and the accomodation was adequate for the three of us. Views to die for-an hours drive to Perugia/Assisi and 30 to Orvieto. Staff are keen to please and accomodating.

Tremendous experience - staff are extremely helpful, the room was lovely and extremely large, and the wedding we were attending was held magnificently - especially considering there was a small medical incident while we were there.

This is by far the best location, feel and vibe that we've had, and all have been top shelf, but this place is magical.

We had a great couple of nights here. Great location to explore Orvieto with its shops, restaurants, and tours of the caves etc. Very clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was great with a good selection. Would happily recommend Hotel Virgilio to others, and would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Orvieto.

Right in the heart of Orvieto! La Magnolia is a gem, charmingly decorated in a historical building with modern appliances. Our suite was very spacious, clean, quiet, comfy, easy to find! Serena is very gracious & it was a delight to see a black cat as their mascot. You can see the care & dedication she puts into this space. We so wish we had stayed longer & we would definitely book here again!

We just had a lovely visit to Orvieto and stayed at this fabulous B & B. It’s in a perfect location for touring Orvieto. So many places to eat at your doorstep. It is very clean and breakfast downstairs at the bar was great with excellent selection of breakfast sweets, meats, fruit and coffee. Would stay again.

This place is great. The owner Serena is very nice and welcoming! Clean rooms and great location. It is right on the main tourist avenue, so can be noisy at night with the window open. Suggest asking for rooms in the back. The only negative was the breakfast bar. The owner is very unwelcoming to tourists.

Fantastic location. Serena (host) is great/very personable and helpful. Apartment was awesome. Second room we needed was very nice. Pro tip: your ticket for the funicular also gets you on the shuttle to the top at the duomo! Steps away from the B&B. Hope to return!

Would of been a top rating, but the breakfast where lacking finnes, mostly sweet stuff.? The TV lack any English channels. But the rest where 10/10. Room, restaurant, view, and service, absolutely fabulous.

Our room was spacious and clean with a wonderful mountain view annex especially during sunset period. Resort restaurant was at Michelin level.

Didn't get to enjoy the spas had a short stay I would say the dining was lacking, but in general, a very beautiful vineyard in Tuscany

Room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bath robes . The front desk agent helped us get an earlier dinner reservation. The restaurant was good . All in all a good stay.

This place is a real gem. Absolutely loved our stay here. Did the picnic in the vineyard and the five course meal for dinner. The food was amazing and the hotel rooms are beautiful! We had a view of the vineyards and will return in the future!

The property is a bit dated, but very well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is superb, plentiful, and fabulous. It's easy to get to, with convenient private parking, and well-connected to Orvieto, just a few kilometers away.

The hotel is a little dated, with small rooms and worn furnishings, but overall it's convenient for visiting Orvieto, especially if you have a car. The hotel has a large parking lot and is five minutes from the Campo della Fiera multi-story parking garage, where escalators and moving walkways quickly take you to the historic center.

A very unique house in the rural tranquil environm I love to stay in this house. It is located at the hill top surrounded by trees and rural areas. I like they have a restaurant so i took half board at the house. I enjoyed the tranquil environment and the food. I must come back again. Thank you all the staff.

10/10 in all categories. Francesca runs a warm, clean and friendly apartment in an absolutely perfect location in Orvieto. She not only arranged private parking, she drove our rental to the car park and had it waiting at our door on our day of departure, so I wouldn't to drive on the narrow streets of Orvieto. This place is absolutely beautiful. The couple Stone streets are gorgeous. The entrance of the place is fantastic. There’s nothing better I can say about this place totally worth it.
