Right in the heart of Orvieto! La Magnolia is a gem, charmingly decorated in a historical building with modern appliances. Our suite was very spacious, clean, quiet, comfy, easy to find! Serena is very gracious & it was a delight to see a black cat as their mascot. You can see the care & dedication she puts into this space. We so wish we had stayed longer & we would definitely book here again!

We just had a lovely visit to Orvieto and stayed at this fabulous B & B. It’s in a perfect location for touring Orvieto. So many places to eat at your doorstep. It is very clean and breakfast downstairs at the bar was great with excellent selection of breakfast sweets, meats, fruit and coffee. Would stay again.

This place is great. The owner Serena is very nice and welcoming! Clean rooms and great location. It is right on the main tourist avenue, so can be noisy at night with the window open. Suggest asking for rooms in the back. The only negative was the breakfast bar. The owner is very unwelcoming to tourists.

Fantastic location. Serena (host) is great/very personable and helpful. Apartment was awesome. Second room we needed was very nice.
Pro tip: your ticket for the funicular also gets you on the shuttle to the top at the duomo! Steps away from the B&B. Hope to return!

I stayed here with my mom. Cool, nice room with lots of space. Very clean. The owner was very nice. The only down side was steps up to the room for my elderly mom.

Great location on the way to the duomo, but so very quiet. We had a room opening to a center courtyard and it was very quiet. The room was spacious with great wifi and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was in the small bar downstairs and had great cappuccinos with other typical breakfast cakes and croissants as well as yogurt. I would suggest this based on location, amenities and price. This is a GREAT value in the heart of Orvieto.

We had an absolutely marvelous time! We had to leave early to catch a train, and the hostess called ahead and got a taxi for us, and even left a bag with a to go breakfast on our door handle! Super convenient location, with a great cafe across the street and a small supermarket right around the corner. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay overnight!

My mother and I were in Orvieto in August 2015. La Magnolia was a great place to stay! The room was clean, very nicely decorated and great views! We were central to everything and connections with local transportation was very easy!
