Nice, clean rooms with a very good breakfast. Very helpful staff and a really good restaurant.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. We took the mini metro to the old town (great recommandation) which was simple, safe , cheap and easy. We walked back with no issue at all.. Perugia is a fantastic city and this is a great hotel to use as a base.

Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.

It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.

It needs immediate renovation. the air conditioner was running water on the floor inside the room, the door of the bathroom could not be fully closed, the balcony extremely dirty and not separated from the balcony of the other rooms(broken glass between). 20min walk from city center, a good effort to remain clean and an excellent breakfast. polite personnel. I would not recommend it.

The room is a bit old but some redecoration, it's okay.

I stayed at the hotel for six nights (October 14 to October 20) and loved everything about it. It is an excellent hotel with the most pleasant ambiance. The rooms are clean, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful (they spent 10 minutes with me to help me change my train ticket; I was very impressed. Two big thumbs up from me!

Very outdated, the beds and pillows are so hard it's as if you sleeping on the ground. There are 2 parts to the hotel, a newer more updated section and then the part we stayed in, which is older and outdated.

Not what you would expect from a four star Hôtel. Everything is getting old. The idea of a jazz themed Hôtel is amazing but the reality is super cringe. The decor is not from vintage pieces but ordered in bulk from asia. The lady at the counter was extremely impolite. The pool needs work, the inside looks disgusting. The gym is a joke. And we were told that there’s a stereo in the room that plays jazz, this was the biggest disappointment of all. It’s a portable cd player mounted on the wall with early 2000’s speakers on it. The sound from my 8 year old phone is better, no joke.
In summary, it may have been nice one day but it’s definitely not worth booking!
