I had an incredible stay! My requests were happily accommodated by the lovely staff. I arrived late on my first night and I was a little hungry. The receptionist prepared me a Sandwhich and some fruit despite the kitchen being closed. I wasn’t feeling too well that night and this made me feel so much better!
The interior of the hotel was beautiful and clean. My room was tranquil and the bed was beyond comfortable. I had two of the best nights of sleep. I was disappointed to have to leave.
I ordered a steak and fries with a side of ketchup for room service the second night. Fries weren’t on the menu but the restaurant did their best. They were like the ones my mom would make at home, they were lovely!

At first glance, the bed in the room allocated to us appeared spacious; but it was just two worn out single mattresses shoved together. One mattress had a significant dip; it should have been thrown away a long time ago. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor -unfortunately I did not bring my ground mat and sleeping bag. The shower cubicle was a little shabby with some tile grouting discolouration. The toilet pan had a degree of scratching/staining - probably limescale. I could not find one English speaking tv channel -so this is not an International hotel in that sense. There was often noise from the reception area and from the bar space until around midnight or 1am. The road was not busy, but due to the hotel's proximity to the road, traffic noise was a further disturbance throughout the nights.

We stayed here with a group of golfers to play the nearby beautiful course of Antognolla. De hotel is very nicely decorated, the rooms spacious and nice and clean. The bathroom, shower and towels were excellent. We also really liked the breakfast. On the last day we had an early tee time and because it was weekend the breakfast officially opened at 7:30 instead of 7:00 when we were there. The staff was very flexible and apologized that they were still preparing but we could start breakfast. That is a real proof of customer service & friendliness. The location is just outside Perugia but there is plenty of free parking and I would go there again when I visit Perugia & Antognolla Golf

Absolutely stunning facility !!!! Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went.
Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating.
We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there.

It was clean and comfortable. The second aff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

We spent 12 days in Umbria and used Perugia as our home base. This lovely hotel is about 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. You must have a rental car to stay here as the bus rarely comes by and it is not within walking distance of Perugia center. We had a car so no issues for us, There is excellent on site free parking. The hotel is wonderful. Big thanks to the fabulous Jessica and Aymen at the front desk! They helped us every day and made dinner reservations for us several times. They were always warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The shower is small, but typical for Europe. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate is phenomenal. There is nothing they have not thought of to serve!! The staff at breakfast are also absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! Highly recommend.

This property was right in the middle of an industrial, and built up area. Although the hotel and staff were good, we would never have booked if we'd have realised it's location. The picture in ******* do not show that at all. Very disappointed.
