Chocohotel in Perugia

If one is looking for a healthy continental breakfast such as is now found in many hotels in Italy, this breakfast is probably not for you. It was strong on chocolate and sweet cakes but short on fresh salads.
The hotel location is very good, on a bus route from the station. Hotel staff were excellent with advice on how to reach the old city and they sell the bus tickets.

Breakfast was interesting but not healthy. Parking was great. Bus service was right outside the door connecting to escalator in the old town. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat terrible sleep. Room was quiet.

We are delighted with our stay, the first impression is already great. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, well-kept hotel, clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Good location, close to the mini metro. I hope to visit again someday.

The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

The entire hotel has a unique atmosphere and good service

The hotel is not very far from Perugia city centre, on the outskirts. The chocolate theme is everywhere you look, outside and inside. At the entrance there is a spacious lobby with showcases displaying all sorts of chocolate delicacies. The reception desk is on the right and the restaurant further inside. Staff at the Reception desk were very helpful, welcoming and polite.
The room we were given was very comfortable and clean. With complimentary tea/coffee facilities, a small fridge, comfy bed and well supplied bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Dinner and supper are available at the restaurant (Ground Floor - Ristorante Buone Nuove) with some very tasty meals available (risotto, cold cuts). The service was excellent too. Breakfast is an event, an enormous choice of sweets, especially chocolate flavored, with any sweet delicacy you can imagine. This is quite something you will not find elsewhere easily. Not to mention the excellent continental/Italian style breakfast buffet. And the staff are extremely polite and helpful. An experience not to be missed. We most certainly recommend and aim to return.

I enjoyed the Chocohotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very professional staff, big clean rooms, excellent coffee. As a welcoming gift you get chocolate Euro coins. Thumbs up!
