We had a great stay here. Rooms are tidy, clean, neat and modern. They offered us taking our bikes inside. There is even a shared kitchen, which we appreciated. Breakfast is a bit different: a bar nesrby ypu can get coffee/capuccino and one piece of croissant or sandwhich or.. - which isnt too much, but on the other side it was my first third wave capuccino in italy, super friendöy staff and true locals atmosphere. Distance to city centre didnt matter for us since we brought our bikes to italy. Friendly owner. For spoleto, a great choice!

Structure located in a quiet and peaceful street, just a few minutes by car from the historic center of Spoleto, recently renovated, furnished with excellent taste and refined attention to detail.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Chiara, a sunny girl, polite, helpful and willing to give us useful information for our stay.
I want to underline that I am a person who gives a lot of importance to the quality of sleep and I must say that in this case I have finally found a structure that gives the right importance to the quality of the mattresses and pillows, a particular not negligible.
The good morning in the morning was given to us with a welcome coupon, which allowed us to take advantage of a delicious breakfast at the bar located in front of the structure, worthy of an excellent pastry.
Fantastic experience, definitely worth repeating!

I stayed with my partner in this facility for a week in August. We were immediately struck by Chiara's availability, care in every detail and attention to guests. The room was cozy and comfortable, a very comfortable bed and pillow, an efficient and silent air conditioner that allowed us to sleep well on those very hot August nights. Excellent cleanliness and very useful the modern kitchen available to guests.

I met the B&B through a friend (Chiara), I had a great time, the very spacious room, well furnished and above all clean. The bathroom has everything including a large shower. One thing that I really appreciated, and that I rarely found even in 5 * Hotels, is the memory foam mattress, FANTASTIC, assured sleep. Also air conditioning is available, but despite the 38th of the weekend, it was not necessary to turn it on to sleep at night. The new and spacious kitchen allows you to cook anything. the breakfast is varied and plentiful, there are croissants, jams, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices and biscuits. An espresso coffee machine, with pods also for barley and ginseng. Tea and herbal tea are also available. Outside no problem to find parking. The B&B has a terrace that would be nice to use in some way. The only thing I would recommend to give that extra touch .... maybe make 2 bikes available for guests. I recommend it for the rest!

The rooms are new and very clean, very nice and not very crowded. It is located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Spoleto. Excellent welcome from the young owner who made herself available for our needs. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful.
The only advice I can give is to put a sign outside because it is a bit difficult to find. For the rest, good price!
