Greetings. We were "guests" in this structure with a group of 35 people on the occasion of a visit to Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi. Experience to forget starting from our arrival. Non-functioning bathrooms, old structure, rooms with dated furniture, small bathroom in the room without any kind of shelf to support something. But the worst thing is the rudeness of the owner first towards us and then towards his daughter. I advise against it.

I stayed in this hotel for two days with my family and my furry ones.
Although the food has been great, the breakfasts are of poor quality and choice.
I very much appreciated the kindness and education of the staff, and very little of the owners who are not very polite and angry.
I have always traveled with my dogs, they are used to not disturbing, so much so that no one has ever called me due to the fact that I leave the dogs alone in the reserved room, having said that, I decide to take a ride to Spoleto, and shortly after I I saw a phone call from the owner of the hotel who told me that my dogs were barking and disturbing the nearby guests, of course I immediately returned to pick them up pointing out the fact that in my many trips to the hotel no one had ever complained! answer not exactly nice, he tells me that maybe his hotel was not to the liking of my dogs. dogs stood alone in the room.
Therefore they say they accept animals, but in reality it is a mere lie.
As far as the hotel is concerned, it is very dated, the pool is not cleaned properly, in fact some mold had formed inside (also called velveteen), probably they do not have the robot that cleans it.
In the bathroom and precisely in the shower there is no soap holder, super dated and does not reflect the basic comforts.
Blinds not working, mattresses without protective padding, toilet chair with stains and very dirty, the same goes for the curtains.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel which boasts only 2 stars, and I think it will not improve unless they put a hand to the furnishings and above all to the education, which is fundamental for those who have decided to work in the service of the public.
