Disastrous experience. The owner managed to spoil our Easter day. We had booked for more than a month through booking, and we were called several times by the owner to cancel and book without this portal by bank transfer or postepay. Check-in could be done from 10.30 to 22, at 12 he sends me a message to confirm the room and I repeat that I would be there by 21.At 15 hours he calls me telling me that he has had problems with the room and that he hasn't he could no longer give it to me. Needless to say, the inconvenience it gave us, moreover, it did not have the decency to get us a valid alternative. But he kept sending me links to structures that were already full. Result I had to return to Rome. So avoid this nightmare place

Bad organization !! ... My wife and I had problems with the person who had to assign us the apartment: at the agreed time he had the phone off, we waited an hour and a half in front of the structure. After we were finally able to meet, he sent us to another accommodation than the one we had booked on booking. Otherwise the stay was acceptable.
