To say indecent is an understatement.
The entrance sign is almost impossible to see. Once you enter the property the entrance is messy and dirty.
Once I got into the studio the situation got worse: retro furniture and you can understand it from the photos, dust everywhere, environment not clean or sanitized, water on the floor in the kitchen, curtains full of dust.
Strong stink of cigarette smoke in the studio apartment.
Arriving in the bathroom we were speechless: the shower was like in the camper, bidet, toilet and shower all on the same floor, there is no shower cubicle much praised on the site.
Without words. They are close to the falls it is true but they make you pay dearly and the non-cleaning, the blocked window of the "kitchen", the non-shower in common with the rest of the toilets, made us leave the structure immediately. Luckily we hadn't left a deposit.

A little difficult to identify the sign is small and poorly arranged, the parking lot, better not to mention it, a forest of brushwood that you don't know where to park, the owner is a courteous and well-disposed person, the room is welcoming, spacious, bright and well 2 windows, perhaps an extra ouce point would not have hurt but all in all it is pleasant the Wify would be welcome. For the price paid I can't complain

Excellent location for entry to the falls within walking distance both day and evening. Unfortunately the position of the house is penalizing for noise as it is positioned on the state road, very noisy both day and night, an air conditioning system would be enough to keep the windows closed, even the restaurant below does not help the continuous coming and going

Cozy, informal. Too bad for the adjoining bedroom on the main street and restaurant below, not very quiet. Clean floors and good bathroom. A little less for walls with damp spots and a kitchenette with a not-so-clean fridge.

If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room / apartment rental is really delightful.
Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving the car in the large dirt parking lot available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and it is a large blue house, access is from inside the parking lot.
Arranged on two floors, it has a colonial house feel with two white columns along the facade, the pastel color of the plaster.
The rooms are large and spacious, carefully furnished with new retro-style furniture, equipped with a kitchen for longer stays and the atmosphere is really pleasant.
Friendly welcome and booking confirmation emails are full of useful information on activities to do in the surrounding area. In addition, by staying there you have the opportunity to access the waterfalls for two days at a reduced cost of € 5.
Breakfast and meals are not included but if you are interested you can enjoy dinner or lunch and breakfast for a modest amount in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. With € 20 each we dined with a super tasting menu and had breakfast with bread and jam at I Ribelli di Campagna
