We stayed at this hotel in Abano Terme for a three-day weekend. The property is clean, and the staff is generally friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a technical issue with the water pump, which caused several inconveniences. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but this inevitably impacted our experience. Overall, the property and services don't seem to fully reflect the standards of a four-star hotel: the building appears rather dated, and the food is decent, but not up to the advertised standard. Personally, I don't think I'll return.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, choosing it for a relaxing weekend in Abano Terme, and once again the experience was very positive. The staff is always extremely courteous and helpful. The facility, while not modern, is clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the speed with which a room maintenance request was handled: even though it was a Saturday, the service was prompt and efficient. The pool is magnificent, the sauna spacious and welcoming, all immersed in a pleasant green setting that contributes to the sense of tranquility. The ability to directly access the pool floor by elevator from the rooms is also very convenient. There are plenty of loungers for all guests, as well as well-organized showers and changing rooms. A relaxing stay that confirms our choice: we will gladly return.

As many wrote before me: the place has seen better days ! Not only the horrible mix of "styles" shows the hotel doesn't know where to go to ...........all has this shade of old, of not completely clean........ 4 Stars ? I don't know how many were on the sky when they counted them ? I'd say maximum 2 to be generous......the word "park" seems rather to come from many parked non used items inside and outside .....at least or bathroom was redone and fine, we've seen others .........all together : many things reminded me of a recover-hospital....the elevators , when functioning , force you to meditate like Ze-Buddhist waiting for them.......

Food is great and service also. It is situated right near the center but is still quiet and calm. The pool is great and the staff is dedicated . Overall great confortarle and the massage is a must.

Excellent welcome. Absolutely professional reception. One month at the Park for pseudo-work.
Excellent personal, cleanliness and perfume spread everywhere .. congratulations.
My room, French style, having a somewhat gothic style, a little pro-French, I really liked that room. In this regard, I would mention Giacomo, spectacle, despite his young age, attentive, cute, gentlemen and super professional. (As well as the son of the Director, an equally exceptional person ... understanding and human ... a lot.)
Excellent managers too of course.
And last but not for this last one, on the contrary .. Michele: what to say? Genility in person, humanity and humility are unmistakable qualities. I loved him in his impeccable professionalism.In short, experience I would dare to say that I will always remember with a smile☺ !!!! 💕

We spent 4 nights, kind and friendly staff always available, very nice salt cave, eat decent breakfast in my opinion a bit poor, very central location in the evening you can go out and immediately in the center. The spacious rooms and top cleaning. The structure needs to be modernized as the rooms do not expect 4-star details ..... I recommend those traveling with children to visit the butterfly house which is 15 minutes from the hotel a fantastic place
