Booked this hotel outside the main island during the Venice Carnival. Although the price was higher than usual, it was still decent value for money. Free parking and breakfast were good. Transportation was also convenient, with a single bus ride (line 7) costing only 1.5 Euros and taking about 20 minutes to reach Venice's main island directly. You can even buy bus tickets at the hotel front desk, which saves a lot of hassle. A special shout-out to the hotel dinner! We stayed for two nights, and on our last evening, everyone decided to eat at the hotel, and it was unexpectedly delicious. The white wine recommended by the waiter was also excellent. Even with the service charge, the food quality was superb and well worth it.

Ideal for those driving, free parking. To get to the island, you need to take a bus from the entrance; any bus (number 7) will do. The bus fare is €1.50, including the water bus €9.50, and a day pass is €25. The rooms are new and clean, with toiletries provided, but no slippers. The breakfast selection is average, but the taste is acceptable. The main issue is the dampness on the island during the rainy winter; this hotel has heating, making the nights very comfortable. Clothes and socks dried overnight.

Park Hotel Ai Pini is a charming and comfortable place to stay in Mestre. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant base for visiting Venice. The hotel itself is in good shape overall, though some areas could use minor touchups to feel more updated. For the price we paid, it really felt like it should have delivered a true five-star experience, but the lack of a gym, fitness center, pool, or other recreational amenities keeps it from reaching that level. Still, the welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and overall quality make it a solid choice for travelers.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The personnel were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great advice. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to the day. The location is very convenient — close to everything we needed and with easy travel options directly to Venice.

We drove here and arrived late at night. The front desk was open 24 hours, parking was free, and the breakfast was good. The room was great value for money, and transportation to Venetian Island was convenient.

Extraordinary service and friendly front desk. The rooms are very modern and well equipped, the hotel itself and the grounds very nice. The restaurant was spectacular and affordable. The service there too was super friendly and professional

The staff was really professional
A lot of guarded parking, locked by a door and security.
The room was 10/10 clean.
Breakfast 9/10 nothing special about it.
The only reason i gave it 4 stars it is because during the night you hear other rooms air conditioning going 24/7, even if the rooms are soundproof. It is not really loud but may be annoying.

The room was very suitable, the bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and although we didn't speak the language, we were able to communicate with them through oral and sign language. It's very close to the bus stop, and you can buy bus tickets at the service desk.

The service was attentive and the environment was wonderful. Whether it was the housekeeper or the landlady, every guest was cared for, which was a heartwarming experience! When checking out, the landlady saw me pouring water at the front desk and offered to take two bottles with us!
The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and attentive to our itinerary. He even provided a room with a great view.
Because it's a garden hotel with beautiful surroundings, I ran both evening and morning, adding another city to my running bucket list. The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way!

We had a triple room so the space wasn't very big, but it was enough. The breakfast was quite rich. The Italian croissants were really delicious. I never had any that weren't delicious. There was also salami. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can take the bus to the main island of Venice right across from the door. It's a very cost-effective hotel.
