Hotel Reno in Lido di Jesolo

An 80s-style hotel with a beautiful sea view. Your room comes with an umbrella and parking space. The service needs updating. In the evening, the reception is deserted. They turn everything off. A man dressed all in black sleeps on the sofa at the entrance and opens the door for you like a grandfather waiting for his grandchildren after a nightclub. In the morning, the ladies start cleaning the rooms very early, and for me, who came to work at a fast food restaurant that works all night, having people screaming at your door at 8 in the morning isn't great. It's fine for a couple of nights, but not for a vacation. Wi-Fi is nonexistent, only at reception.

WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!
We spent 1 weekend at the Reno hotel and I would say that kindness is not really at home. At check in not even a welcome greeting and we had to extrapolate the necessary information for breakfast parking beach etc ... the breakfast available from 8:00 to 10:00 is characterized by a poor buffet and with very little choice (paid extra for breakfast ). FOR ANTI-COVID MEASURES, THE ONLY WAITER IN THE ROOM HAS RUDELY COMMUNICATED TO US THAT THE BUFFET, PLACED IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOM, IS NOT SELF SERVICE. A PITY THAT SINCE ARRIVAL IN THE ROOM, 30 MINUTES HAVE PASSED BEFORE YOU SEE THE WAITER. CONSEQUENTLY WE HAD TO ARRANGE BY USING AND APPLYING ITSELF. THE ONLY EATABLE THING IS THE EMPTY CORNET.
For the bike rental, included in the package, we were told to contact the adjacent hotel benny (same owner).
Too bad that even in this case the very rude staff did not want to give us the bicycles because we had to return them by midnight, considering that this happened at 21.30 in the evening and we were going to dinner and therefore we could not have foreseen a return time.
He kindly offered us to rent them for a fee at another facility.
Structure in poor condition and dated, with two small suitcases open, it covers the entire space of the room. Tiny bathroom, unusable BIDET, the only positive thing was the view from the balcony, but beware of the fall of the plaster from the balcony on the upper floor. The package also includes a parking space that does not actually exist or rather you have to be lucky to find a place in a small square adjacent to the hotel.
FINAL SURPRISE: upon check out we discover that the umbrella with the sunbeds on the beach, included in the price, had been sold to other customers (actually there was no one on the beach, almost empty) on arrival and that we would have had to pay 20 euros to access to the beach and parking. In short, the day of check out does not include any type of service unlike other similar structures where we have stayed overnight on other occasions. WE ADMIT THAT WE HAVE BOOKED IN THIS STRUCTURE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CONVENIENT PRICE, AND BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT FOUND A PLACE WHERE WE USUALLY GO, BUT OTHERWISE THE RATIO PRICE IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. 130 EUROS PER NIGHT FOR TWO MORE EXTRA PEOPLE FOR THE LAST DAY.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Cave, musty room, inflexible! Extremely fixated on their advantage.

Old structure, but for one night it can be enough. On the day of departure they ask us for an extra € 20 for parking and use of the private beach and they let us park in an adjacent closed structure. When we are about to leave, two workers come out of the structure and we discover that the hotel in question has no right to park its customers' cars there. Congratulations, good figure in short!
