This was my second stay at this hotel. This time for 14 days. I like the hotel and the nice, attentive, and very friendly staff. The room was always clean every day. I will be back. Ich bin zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Diesmal für 14 Tage. Mir gefällt das Hotel, dieses nette aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag immer sauber. Ich komme wieder in dieses Hotel.

When we arriwed we had some missunderstandings but the owner lady came and fixed everything. She is so professional. The hotel is very clean what is very important for us. Maybe the regular room is not that fancy what we expect but overal everything was great. The stuff is kind especially Aniko. She is a great waitress. The pool area nice and clean what is also very important. Food was good as well. Try to their Tiramisu 🥰 OMG thats amazing I would recomend this hotel to everybody.✌️

Very pleasant stay
Very nice hotel next to the beach. Very pleasant service. A perfect breakfast with freshly made egg dishes and possibility to make your own fresh juice. We will definitely come back.

We have just returned from the Baia Del Mar hotel and wanted to get this review on early , the hotel was just amazing in all ways, very clean and welcoming . The hotel owner and staff were great, so helpful and could not do enough for you. The one area that stood out for me the most was the food which was just amazing , the menu had great options , was presented so well and tasted on par with a lot of top restaurants I have visited in my time. This is all credit to "Dominico" the head chef which you can clearly see takes so much pride in the food he is creating into an absolute masterpiece. Recommendation - When you book go Half Board so you can experience the amazing food !

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wasn't given any information about dining options and what my booking included and when I asked the response was vague with an attitude. It's advertised as a beach hotel with pool and the receptionist told me I had to use one or the other, but couldn't use both because the beds are limited. The pool is a lot smaller than it appears on the photos and the private beach is tiny. I arrived at 17:40 and was told I couldn't have dinner unless I decided in the next 10 minutes check out is at 10:00 am which is rather early and the rooms start being cleaned much earlier making a lot of noise in the morning someone also tried to enter my room without knocking. I don't believe it has the standards or customer service of a 4 star hotel

I would say that overall Jesolo wasn’t the best choice and we wouldn’t like to repeat the experience. The hotel rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious, we really loved every dish we were offered. However, the restaurant is a la carte, and it was rather slow, so dinner lasted about 1.5 hours, which was a lot for a family with kids to sit and wait for each dish to come. There was no entertainment for kids, no kids clubs or anything, only the pool. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is that for a four star hotel it was supposed to give some services , which were not included in the price, for example: you had to pay for the towels, for all the drinks, they were not included in our half board meal plan, paying for sunbeds around the pool, paying for the sunbeds on the beach. It was really annoying. The staff was friendly and nice.

Beautiful hotel fabulous location with the friendliest staff. All round, great experience for our first trip to Lido de Jesolo. Would definitely recommend. Facilities were spotless. Breakfast had enough variety for all tastes. Staff are so very friendly and helpful.

Our holidays are over - unfortunately
I only have 2 little negative aspects. The breakfast bread was a little bit dry and we paid 30 Euros extra for cleaning (because of the dog - he didn't make a mess at all, so we don't really understand why we had to pay extra)
Buut, I will give 5 stars anyway, for the following reasons:
The stuff was always friendly and motivated, the room was clean and big enough for the three of us.
The food in the evening was amaaaazing! Your cooks are terrific.
We were glad, that we were able to take our dog with us, everyone loved him and treated him well. He even was allowed at the pool. The prices are fair and the decoration in the lobby really cute.
We were happy, that we had a parking lot in the parking garage!
The late-checkout allowed us to fully enjoy our last day at the beach!
Thank you - we are definitely coming back!
